Lunchroom Lady Peanut Butter Bars 

This is a version of the memorable peanut butter bars that we were served in the lunchroom at school.
Bars
2 sticks of butter
1 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 eggs at room temp
2 cups all purpose flour
Frosting
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
condensed milk
Melt together the 1 1/2 cup beaned butter and the butter. Once melted, allow to cool to room temperature.
In a mixing bowl, stir together the sugars and salt. Beat in the eggs, one at a time. When combined, stir in vanilla. Fold in the flour in batches until mixed.
Spread into a 13 x 9 parchment lined pan and bake at 350 for about 35 minutes.
When finished baking, remove from oven and make frosting. Stir all frosting ingredients until smooth and almost pourable (adding milk in small amounts until desired consistency in met)
