AYO, If You Didn't Get the Update yet, You Have to Wait a Bit. According to what i know, It is regional and Eventually will be out for everyone in 2-3 days or so.
This can help you animate gacha poses without actually animating, but not everyone is good at or interested in it, so maybe they should add some premade animations instead of putting a assignment on their desks and saying “get started” Does anyone agree?
I like actually mainly stopped using GL2 because custom poses are such a pain, it takes forever to even make a short video. I hope there’s som way to get static poses back
Some things I think about this update: -I like the animated poses due to being able to make goofy animated poses and having more variety to animated poses unlike GL1. -I'm bummed that there are no signs of bedrooms so I can't shoe my characters sleeping for no god damn reason lol -Seeing Mokey as a preset makes me happy :) -More assets are cool I guess.
A solution for the background issue I can only recommend is using green screen! (or pink/blue if ur character has green in it) Not only does it allow you to use any background you want but you can also add effects like shading on your characters and stuff! I personally like it a lot
@@looptexxpage569 Another few things: ★› If the (Color name) background has cut tips in it.... ADJUST IT! Not the background but the tint/gradient itself! ★› If it has those three colors too, you can change it! The end 💅🏻✨
Honestly the only thing that I like the most about this update is working hex code feature, blinking animations and new backgrounds. I'm not a big fan of these animated poses, I think I still prefer animating in FlipaClip or Ibis Paint X. 💁
I’m actually pretty mad about it. Like who’s ACTUALLY gonna use that?? Yeah it’s nice that we have custom poses now, but even that is extremely hard and time consuming to do! The game not having static poses is really the only thing that’s stoping me from using it. It’s has lots of amazing features, but the studio mode isn’t good at all for multiple reasons. I’m sticking to gacha club and gacha life until this game gets more “usable”. Every thing else in the update is great.
Your not the only one, I think it’s outrageous that we waited 2 months for an update, and that so called ‘update’ removed something we NEEDED, and just added a few random items. I don’t think it was worth the wait at all

I’m not gonna attack Luni but I personally don’t like the update and I would’ve preferred if it took longer so he could add the over promised features for the November/December update. Im personally not sure if im gonna use it often
Already day 4 since the update is available to 1% users, but I'm hyped up for the color hex code! Also you can use custom poses for OG GL and GC static poses.
I’m impressed by the fact that they made a custom animated pose! Don’t attack Luni cuz he didn’t make static poses, the animated poses are good enough. I’m sure some people are going to attempt to make the static poses for others to use anyways. Edit: a lot of people are saying that they would prefer static poses, but like I said, there will be people who will make every single pose and allow others to use them.
Yes! I've already started making them, and will make every one of them, so hopefully it helps alot of people. It sucks they were removed but luckily theres ways we can solve it :3
The animated poses are just plain bad and it would’ve been better if we got in default instead they don’t work that well before poses would’ve been better because it would’ve helped people who are starting up trying to use Gacha Life more than a Animated poses? Discourage new players to actually wanna play because it’s too hard for them to attempt to make a Animated posts estate my case.
I don’t even care if luni removed static poses. custom poses feature in gacha life 2 just made it so easier to make custom pose. I would literally run out of gacha motivation for the day to attempt making animated pose and custom poses on ibispaint
I love the static poses from gacha club and gacha life one they're already made poses easy to use in videos also I hope in the future we might get an update of those static poses maybe I hope so I really like the static poses I really need them and other people do too please cuz making custom poses are hard it's not easy for me And some other people to.😭 Also people use those static poses a lot in gacha club and gacha life 1.
pros and cons of this update; -pro: the animated poses are a LIFESAVER for my storage. it sucks having to take 5+ screenshots just for one pose. -con: i, a girl who gives up very easily, cannot make these custom poses very well. which means since the static poses are removed, it will take pretty long to make edits, mini movies and even music videos. -pro: the assets, they are very nice. the assets are like the assets in a mod that i could never have, as an iOS user. -con: some of these assets are… very… questionable. -pro: the backgrounds, they definitely help. i’m really excited for the camera-roll background feature!!! -con: the backgrounds are kinda random… no sign of bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. they just kinda look straight out of games like omori roblox and others.. -con: these updates usually make the game very laggy. it’s very annoying

i honestly HATE this update. Sure we got animated poses but honestly what else? 20 assets? Blinking animations? 50 new glitches? I waited 2 months for this. The Animated poses wouldnt be a problem if the CODES WORKED! BUT NO, this update just HAD to break the codes. i regret updating so much, animated poses or not.
"i waited two months for this" sorry but i think you should also acknowledge that luni got sick during the development which is why it was delayed and we all had to wait for 2 months. I think we've already got enough features and we don't need to shit on luni's work just because some people are left unsatisfied. The reason why static poses aren't added is because it's gonna lag and glitch the game even more which is something you're also not satisfied with as well 🤷♂️

Oh yeah sure, one month of delay for some useless animated poses, since they cannot be used to make videos without screen recording, and no one will use screen recording when they can have literally the same effect of many screenshots put together. Oh yeah i forgot that these poses were put in the game sacrificing static poses, the thing that made gacha USABLE and SIMPLE for small creators. You have to make every single pose from the ground up? Oh I am sure small creators will ABSOLUTELY love this FANTASTIC change that will make screenshotting a video 100 times slower
Nope, videos take longer to make because of the lack of backgrounds and static poses, animated poses are hard to time and would often take more time than just doing the frames in custom poses and putting it all together in an editing app
This update was very underwhelming. The lack of static poses is so disappointing. I still have hope in this game but it isn’t looking good right now. I personally will continue using Gacha Club (ios working for me rn) until chibimation comes out bc this game is so unfinished
Luni is really making gl2 the worst gacha game, like, first he should focus on making it as good, and then add new features, static poses and the same backgrounds that were in gacha club are enough for people to find the game better. I’m so excited for chibimation! I’ll move there once it releases, I love the style❤
He got rid of static poses because they were messing the code for other stuff. He's going to add them back in the studio update. I doubt ANY of you have ever made a game or know how EXTREMELY FUCKING HARD IT IS. HE IS TRYING. STOP BEING LITTLE CRYBABY BITCHES, AND ENJOY HIS FUCKING HARD WORK.

The features and assets In Gacha Life 2 are amazing but my personal opinion I don’t like the game I play Gacha Club and Gacha Life for fun or to make stories with my characters not make animations or things like that so the game isn’t for me I don’t like making my own poses since I’m not good at it and I hate how we have to make our own walking poses at the moment there isn’t many backgrounds either ik they will probably add more but I’d rather Play Gacha Club And Gacha Life with their backgrounds already there and they are more fun in my opinion
I can see why they would have some problems with the static poses. If you use some of the plain presets in the preset section to make an oc, (for example i use the slim body base by @Cheryz_Cute from preset section to make an oc.) And if you use that, they’re custom designs so when you go to make a custom pose you can make the body skinnier by adjusting it. So if you make ur oc have a small head and tiny body, and if Luni were to add the Static poses and you use them, the body shape and head size won’t be the same. To fix this, maybe Luni should add body part adjustments (to make oc’s body different) so they can have the same body size and head whilst using static poses like in gacha club.
Every character I make in it has slightly to very different different proportions so I can’t use the animation thing unless it applies to one character but I supposed the new assets look good!

The new update of Gacha Life 2 is honestly very good but yeah I feel kinda sad that they removed the static poses. I understand that some people are very upset on it but we have to be thankful that they added some interesting features. I feel fascinated about the animated poses like that's pretty awesome to try. So yeah, let's hope that the next update is gonna be amazing! 😁👍

yea, seems like i'm never going to get gl2 due to static poses being removed. i literally can't make my own poses, i'll just have to learn before i actually get ti the main deal.
I don't want to overwhelm Luni too much but I loved these poses! And why aren't there any objects to use for backgrounds or backgrounds of actual rooms with furniture?
i dont have the update yet 💔 it looks cool tho but i wonder how i will be able to give animated poses an use because capcut is sh1t when it to uploading audio and kinemaster doesnt allow screen recording for chromebook :3 (im using kinemaster)

There are some gachatubers that have already made static poses for you(standing, walking, running and so on). The only th you have to do is to type “gl2 poses” and yoh will see either static poses or animated poses. Click to any video that has static poses and copy and go to gl2 and paste it there
I need to know if others have encountered this, but I can no longer paste the codes for poses and characters, it still works on my other apps, anyone else noticed this?

I'm not sure if it's just me but hear me out. I was just on Gacha Life 2. And of course I like the new accessories and I do like the new wrist hand that we have. Especially the hook hands which I felt like the video that I made about new accessory ideas for gqcha was actually listened but that's not what I'm here for. Apparently there's a certain glitch that just happened to me just now. So I was trying to change the color of the hook hand to be a different color like green or something and then I try to change the other color as well for the other parts but then when I clicked on the color palette that I was changing it had a different number on it. Now I couldn't remember which was the first number I saw I think it had like maybe one and a few letters in it. But then I started to repeat it to see that every time I click on them the numbers changed. I'm assuming this must be a bug or glitch and I hope they do fix it because it was actually stressing me out
I think the update is not worth it, we have to make our own poses still! We have to wait even longer for the things in studio, though it was supposed to come out in this update?! Imo GL2 is a flop
I really don't have the update for gacha life 2 but.. I feel like I don't care about it or something like that.. I just a one update. Of nothing.. Just a little animation I think so..
