Lupo 3l electronic gear stick problem 

This lupos electronic gearlever is broken. It does not hold the switch on at E. I have to press it to rigth to keep the gears in.
Also the tiptronic side is broken its not switching gears. This means you cannot perform basic settings and car is not working.
They tried to fix this car at VW service by switching totally working clutch disc, pressure accumulator and also tried to switch that electronic gear lever which was the problem. However they were not able to get the basic settings rigth as Clutch travel sender was adjusted totally wrong at official VW service.
This customer wasted almost 1000€ and car stood over 2 years in his garage before he found help.
Edit: Car started to work and basic settings went through. Still some abs problems which need to be solved. Thats why the abs ligth is on...
edit2. ABS started to work after adding brake fluid and zeroing fault codes.
