I love and trust the Lucky craft, ,,flash minnow 110 sp" they never disappointed me. (sorry about that) But I need something bigger and longer, and the ,,Tide minnow 175 " will be my first choice. The action and the movement look similar, and I guess long distance casts are easy with this lure.
I use $20+ lures and rigs for catfish, walleye and bass. Thats why I only fish them in places I am familiar with and I know you will most likely not snag. Toss a cheap lure first and use sonar, down imaging, etc. so you know what your dealing with. Use heavy braid when you can to improve your chances of getting your rig back.
