I use the cheapest acryl/acrylic lacquer I could find.I previously used a more expensive brand(motip)but I notice no difference in quality. It is important that when you use acryl/acrylic lacquer that you don't use alkyd lacquer because it can causes a chemical reaction and then you can start all over again. For the fluorescent colors i use nitro-cellulose lacquer and that goes perfectly with acrylic lacquer.
