Luscious COCONUT CREAM Pie | Such an easy 6 ingredient pie recipe. Oh my goodness, if you love coconut, you will go nuts for this luscious coconut cream pie. So easy to put together. The only baking you will do is the pie crust. Let me know in the comments what you think of my Luscious Coconut Cream Pie. My husband doesn't eat coconut, but there was enough people around to gobble this pie up. Don't worry I'll make him a different dessert soon.

Catherine, you just made my favorite pie!!! YUM!!! I am making this pie tomorrow along with Chicken and Dumplings for dinner. We are expecting a bunch of snow so it will be a good day for warm and cozy food and that delicious pie. I have all the ingredients on hand. My favorite candy bar is Almond Joy too! You know, since you like Almond Joy, you could use chocolate pudding mix and sort of make an Almond Joy pie, without the almonds of course. I think I’d be inclined to do that, because I also love chocolate and coconut together. Yum!
