The only way I see myself making a video on Delphic is by working closely with someone who has researched the topic properly and is able to provide accurate information as I am pretty open to making a video outside of what I usually cover. By myself, I usually stick to Cunard or in some more rare cases, topics that relate to the history of the company in some way as that is typically content that I am for the most part well versed in and can easily make a video on without too much assistance from others.
Lusitania was indeed carrying munitions on her final voyage, as we have documentation as well as physical evidence that she was. In fact, at the end of the section where I discuss the munitions theory, you can see some of the 4,200 cases of Remington .303 rifle rounds that was documented in the cargo manifest for her final crossing. The conspiracy lies in the belief that these munitions detonating are the cause of the secondary explosion, which can be easily disproven based on events that occurred during the sinking and also information obtained from expeditions to the wreck.
I hate how people can just “own” wrecks like Lucy’s. It’s not only a gravesite for many people but also a war crime by both sides and therefore should be a protected site like titanic is and not something owner like a piece of property.
