Work-in-progress for Lute: loading predefined languages and their stories.
Demo only, not launched yet. :-)
Language definitions are now stored in a separate repo, github.com/Lut..., separate from the Lute code at github.com/Lut...
The architecture for this isn't perfect -- the language definitions are included in Lute at build time. Ideally, Lute would pull down the necessary files from the internet at runtime. So, it's not perfect, but it's progress, so it's good enough for now.

Installed and been using it for Japanese. I love the Japanese parsing for this. Others haven’t been good or they’ve been too annoying to fix. Thank you!

Hi there! I've been using Lute for a while and it have helped me a lot with English. Thank you so much for this incredible project, it's a masterpiece! By the way, do you plan to make a new update to add other languages, such as Korean, Italian and others?

Hi there! I think Italian is already added, there are several predefined languages. Korean is tough, some people are using lute for it but I don’t know much about it. Cheers!

Hi! Have just heard about your software and tried last night. Really liked it, was having some fights with the online alternatives.. Couldn't find myself if any good soul has started a content library for beginners and if you're willing to have such a thing supported (like with the URL import), but maybe with batch import of multiple texts/audio be it online or downloaded file with metadata. Thanks for the project!

Hey there, I'm not aware yet of any content library ideas. Lute's still new-ish but growing, and ultimately something like what you suggest would be super. There are various github issues for sharing content which eventually _should_ be implemented, it's just a question of time and effort :-) -- in the meantime, there are a bunch of users on the discord, and you could start a thread for what you're looking for. Hey, please add parent functionality to the language section itself to self for dialects, I’m currently also using it to learn definitions for ideas in fields of study, if the dialect situation was there it help me be able to neatly break down subtopics as well, cheers!

@@jz4901 it’s simple bro, you know how you can have a word have parent’s, I want the same type of functionality in the language tab where you set up languages, it would make it easy for dialect learning, dialect being like subcategories of one kind of language, for example I’m learning Ancient Greek and this program works wonders, Ancient Greek has a lot of dialects, if I could make subcategories of Ancient Greek with their own rules on implementation (optional on the rules because they should default to the parent languages settings) it be very usually in many applications
