I've watched the HEAT religiously since I learned about it in the mid 90's when I was young. I was like 7 or 8 when I first started going to games...but thats where my love comes from. Udonis is Miami basketball. He represents it. Miami ball at any level is all about hustle and heart....thats what he brings. He wont fill out the box score..but he is necessary, a worker like an Anderson Varejao or a Scola. He's going to get boards, sacrifice his body by drawing charges. We need him.
my manz luther head da best 3point shooter n the NBA...hope he get PT next season...like the vid but u should show him attackin the basket more...n u should have put him dunkin first....but great vid wit good musik....future gilbert arenas...were can i down load dis
PS...I highly doubt he'll start at this point...they want Mario to continue developing and they like that defensive combination of Wade-Chalmers. Mario also seems to have come out of his slump, or be coming out of his slump...when he was playing well, he was pretty impressive for a rookie. On another note...if you really think the addition of Luther Head will automatically take the HEAT to the ECF...you're delusional.
being productive. He's been a power forward/center his whole career. I got news for you....Jermaine O'neals knees are too bad for him to ever be all NBA ever again. He's been injured constantly. This is a tryout...most people think he's damaged goods already. Seriously...JO and JM over UH and JO..its a joke. For the record, Haslem is averaging 3 less points than JO, but he's averaging more rebounds and a better FG %. I won't even talk about JM's averages. LOL...Magloire starting center...
chalmers is impressive 4 a rookie but he makes 2 many errors n lacks experience to play a starting role in the playoffs, UD is the leader of the team. thats like buying out kg, KG doesnt put up the most points but in terms of leadership, those 2 players are the heart of their teams, theres 2 many rookies on da team to be contenders, im curiouse 2 see how van gundy performs, if he doesnt take it this yr. losing him might not have been such a bad thing after all
watching you guys argue over players who will be role players their whole career makes me sick. honestly does udonis really mean that much to the heat, luther head has a damn broke wrist. just watch the video and see what he can do for you in the future. its not like the heat have a chance to get out of the first round anyways. the hawks are a team, the heat are wade.
a liability defensively. He's not Ron Artest...but he can cover 4's and 5 very well. Magloire will add rebounds? Are you seriously saying that you would put Magloire as the starting center for a team in the middle of a homecourt push? You want to talk about liability? Magloire exemplifies that. He's slow, he's not agile anymore, he can't jump high, all he can do is be physical and send somebody to the floor if they come into the lane. As far as JO...him playing center isn't why he's not.......
Lol...thank god you arent Pat Riley. Buying out Udonis would be idiotic. You lose rebounding, heart, hustle, leadership...you basically lose the soul of the team. Theres a reason that his name is always mentioned in trade rumors, but he hasn't been traded..because he's a valuable blue collar player. His back is hurting now, so he might not be as effective as he can be..but you still know that he's gonna go out there and play. What they should do is put Beasley into the starting lineup, over him.
reaching his career average. If he was getting points with his 15 foot jump shot, it wouldn't make a difference. He's a pf...he's supposed to be fed the ball by guards. So the whole basis for your argument is idiotic. Seriously, respond all you want...I'm done with you for real this time. I thought you couldn't get any worse than saying Magloire should start...but its surprising that you did. I'll laugh all of your points off into the sunset. Good luck with your Wade-Rio-Moon-JO-JM lineup idea.
Do you even watch the HEAT? As much as I want to stay quiet...I just can't...your lack of common sense compels me to respond. Udonis Haslem...offensive liability? The guy is shooting 51% from the field, career is 49. He is very good at backdoor cuts and putting back rebounds, and the pick and roll that he does with Wade all the time. He's a pretty good FT shooter. He leads the team in charges drawn. He is a good help defender. You're the only person in the world that would say he's....continued
