A year ago I spent quite a bit of money installing the Luxpower batteries. However, I now regret it. They do not live up to their promise for one reason. The controller - Luxpower controller - is far too sleepy. It takes up to a minute or more before it considers switching. My records show that it really sleeps on the job. This costs a lot of money. Avoid!
Hi Sir, We are very sorry to hear about your experience. We would like to clarify that Luxpower has not manufactured any batteries. Based on your description, it seems you might be referring to our inverter. Could you kindly share your location and the inverter's serial number (SN) with us? We will check the status of your inverter and provide assistance. For Luxpower inverters, the typical on/off switch time is around 20 milliseconds.
@@LUXPOWERTEK I'm happy to give you this information - how do I do it privately! FWIW yes, I was 'sold' on this 20ms spec. My reality is somewhat different. If necessary I will post it here.
