Gosh❣️ This community is only 4 miles from me, but light years away in affordability. 🤣 I do have the same kitchen appliances, so I suppose I will just have to bask in this fact. These are so well thought out in planning of the lay out. Thank you for taking your time in showing these units and really explaining the units. Fantastic vid, as always. ❤

Both layouts are beautiful. I didn’t understand the wet bar sink next to the kitchen sink, and both sinks are next to the half bathroom. The wet bar makes the front room cluttered…to me. Thank you for the tour. As always very helpful and fun to watch.

I thought the same thing. I feel cramped and idk about taking a shower with no privacy 🤷🏽‍♀️ wanna be able to let the sun in and shower 😂

The studio is close to my current convertible in terms of size and price, too bad they didn’t have for you to show us. But this is high on my list in regards to a possible roommate situation for the 2 bed 2 bath.

How safe is the neighborhood?

I would say, it’s safe because it’s surrounded by commercial factories. And that particular part of Henderson is very new so everything is getting build. So I personally would say it’s very safe ☺️
