Family room is beautiful but very small. I personally love massive family room, Big sized kitchen with huge Island and decent sized Dinning. Bed room is just to sleep so decent size which could fit a queen sized bed is enough of course not yo forget wIC.

The main think that is wrong with the house is that the interior design is based on 70-80's, price apart, the living room is too dull, the kitchens is too simple and dull, Maybe should take note from million dollar houses in the U.S.
why is the land and house in Nepal getting expensive?? The income of people is too low, not like US or even India,, Here the expense to income ratio on resident is much higher.. I mean people can not literally buy the house or land.. The prices are sky touching like minimum 25 lakhs per aana in good residential area, and even has crossed 50 lakh per aana,.. This much money for fuckin what? Living?? The most eye catching thing is for example A land per aana costs 20lakh per aana.. If I want to buy 4 aana, it would cost 80 lakh But if I want to buy a house built on same space on same area, it would only cost nearly above 1 crore.. Why is it so much difference??

The money of Mukesh Ambani and a beggar is not same so by calculating their average their PPP is more but while watching practically an average Nepali earn 250 USD per month but indian earn about 200 USD per month but every thing in India is very cheaper than in Nepal so in India people can fulfill their demands

Until and Unless people of Nepal has some family land or family house to keep a mortgage for, there is no way an average family afford a house in Nepal.. And I also talked about expense to income ratio.. Indian expenses are defined based on the income,. The price of everything is justifiable... In Nepal, First, there are a lot of taxes that we need to pay , and the money difference, and a lot of other things..Me earning 12 lakh per annum in context of Nepal is nothing in compared to earning 12 lakh per annum in context of India.. At that rate, that person could afford a car and a house within few years of hard work.. Here a man could only dream of that until he is wierdly famous or a genious to be rich

There is another luxurious house for sale for cheaper price in Budhanilkantha. My parents have been living in a luxurious housing society in Budhanilkantha for over a decade. He has built contemporary houses near our neighborhood. He is not your regular housing businessman. He believes in quality. Let me know if anyone is interested or needs a viewing to the property.

Yea i agree .House design is fabulous .Let's keep house built Rupees as 2.5 crore .If we keep rate around 25 lakh per aana it should not be more than 7 crore (House built cost + Land cost) .Still let's give appreciation for all around decoration .Let's add 1 crore additional( For exterior decoration) then price may reach to 8 crore.Let's add 1 crore profit for seller then total cost reach to 9 crore .According to my calculation 9 crore is Maximum perfect price ( We should look profit for seller also).
