Nice attempt, and no doubt a lot of money must have been spent. But, wondering how limited our understanding is about smart houses! Remote le dhoka ra curtain kholnu, alexa rakhnu is not equal to smart home. Smart home yo euta principle sustainability pani ho. Tertro 8 aana ma baneko ghar, wasteful terraces yet no single sign of solar panels. Smart homes manage their energy off the grid as well.. Solar panels ghar ko design sanga ramrari blend/integrate garna sakincha ni. Ani not a single plant, greenary in 8 aana ko house... Modular kitchen ma smart compost bin chhaina?

Very beautiful house , one thing from my side is , whoever the owner he had a money he shouldn’t have build this beautiful house in narrow place like this , it would have been double triple worth if he would have build with ample space outside of the house . The interior is a WOW; finally, Nepal can brag about ultra luxurious homes, but i doubt if i can say the same for the exterior. It's just plain whitewashed which takes away the actual beauty of the house. Something luminuscious like light blue or yellow could've been added. My parents are looking forward to building another residence in Pokhara, but we're not sure of the design yet. This might give them a hint or two. 🙂

What a beautiful house this is, loved almost everything. Here are my (personal) opinions on this house: 1. Given the total area of the house, the layout could've been better designed for eg. the sofa & living-area is too close to the walking lobby area right on the main entrance 2. Loved the color combinations throughout the house, like the stone flooring & duco painted louvers 3. Loose furnitures like sofas & bed should be of minimal design with natural wood & good-quality fabric 4. Beautiful railing design, loved it

smart home dekhnu bhayeko chha ta is really understated comment bro. Keep a high regard for those who watches your channel cuz they might be from places where they all have seen it and probably you are the first one to see now. Your presentation should only be about the house and the feature it comes along with, not about the retail who is there to get an idea and probably thinking to buy it. Suggestion: It probably will look much better if you walk along while you present in each and every space and talk about it in a much more savvy way. This way you won't be repeating yourself over when you show us the room. Try to capture every beautiful small nook and corner in a clip format

i designed a lot of interiors with my taste and i love how this house is made, but i kind of don't feel so SMART and CREATIVE on the Parking areas and and still there are some details and functions about this house that i didn't understand or were missing while building it! First is the only one 2 person jacuzzi on the biggest bathroom they had and the position it was set in.. I didn't like it much. and there are 3-4 other things as well.. But overall, i like this house.. If i had millions i would surely buy thing thing and upgrade it to much more slicker and fun place to spend time with family and friends altogether.

Small kitchen at the terrace was the best selling point personally cause the first thing that came up in my mind when I saw that beautiful rooftop dining place was.."shyet khana lina ta tala samma janu parne bho tanab!!".

No brother that is the worst design, cause owning this means you are from high class family and you got have atleast 1 cook and 1 maid in the house. So you dont need to cook and that above space could be utilized for something else rather than kitchen

First of all I see no one owing this house other than a high class family with worth millions, I don't even get why you talking bout that.Worst design? In what sense? One chef one maid...you're just stating the obvious mate! And you say that rooftop kitchen is waste? I assume you'd enjoy taking your dishes from ground floor all the way to terrace every freaking time.i don't wanna do my gym classes during lunch time. And thanks there are plenty of rooms which can be used as other rooms you stated.

It's mostly during occasions and sometimes for relaxation and enjoying the view. And I never said that house owners not keeping a maid or something... Obviously they will...
