Luxury Cars Manila : Toyota Land Cruiser 70 Series 2022 

Fun fact: When Toyota introduced the Land Cruiser at the end of 50's here in Venezuela, it gains the name "El Macho" because it reached to places where other vehicles like jeep or land rovers, failed. That F-40 was a biggest success for Toyota, in a new market and they still selling the land cruisers in all it variants 200, 70 series, prado and the new 300. But the only model we call Macho are the 70 series, and the reliability of this vehicle is amazing.😎

I hope we can pass on the traditional MT driving skills to our kids. Cars like these, in my opinion, are better off in MT than AT. Another good feature - more power King Panda!

way back 2015 Feb - Oct. On board MV. Pyxis isa yan sa mga kinakarga namin from Mikawa, Toyota Japan private port going to Long beach, LA, and to Benecia, San Francisco. nagagandahan tlga ako dyan, lage ko kung pinapasok haha astig kase.

10:25 yung Isuzu Trooper dito sa Pinas, side faced 3rd row seats. Doon naman sa US na Isuzu Trooper, backward faced seats from Jeep wrangler parts with seatbelts po ang ginamit nila doon.

0:09 yung Toyota Zace (Tamaraw FX) po sa Taiwan, 5 seaters lang po yun. 170 degree bed tilt for 2nd row seats, foldable 2nd row seats for cargo purposes. Pero walang air vent between 2nd row seat and 3rd row cargo area. Strut bars horizontally on rear windshield and 3rd row windows.

There's alot of LC70 and LC79 pick up version here in Saudi Arabia you can see them anywhere obviously they prefer this vehicle because of it's durability.

i am 20 years old and my dad passed me the fj70 series 1998 and i am deeply attached to it. It is old but extremely reliable I will upgarde to this one but still keep the one my dad passed on to me

Sir King, sa middle east po it comes in AT. Mostly ginagamit yan na police patrol cars for the 3 doors and ang 5 doors naman sa mga rugged use like those who have camel and sheep raisers and the farmers as well. Im from KSA.

Sa KSA ordinary service vehicle lang ang Toyota LC, commonly used are the single & double cabs with dual fuel tanks, 90 liters each. Not built for comfort but one of the most reliable vehicles.

It would be nice if Toyota came out with an Automatic 70 series.

Well, here is the thing. The Landcruiser 70 series were designed to be used as utilitarian vehicles. These vehicles were built to sustain tremendous use and abuse as a daily driver in tough conditions with little to no emphasis on periodic maintenance. This is the reason why these are still natively sold in some countries where it meets the demand for such vehicles. Some of the few countries that offers the LC 70 series in Toyota dealerships include Australia, South Africa, and Venezuela (if I am not mistaken), where these vehicles are favored for their immense durability and reliability. I would say, this vehicle is not "luxurious" in the traditional sense. It's not like a Landcruiser 300 series where you'll get all the bells and whistles a high-end off-road vehicle from Toyota can offer. It's luxurious, in a different sense, because this vintage looking 4X4 can bring you to places other supposed offroaders will bog down. It has a highly reliable, albeit dated V8 engine that guzzles through your diesel tank like a thirsty beast. It lacks creature comforts inside its cabin, but hey, you can customize the hell out of it and make it fit for your needs. You got lots of options from third party suppliers to have it customized to your liking. For me, that's what makes it luxurious. It may look dated, boxy looking, and even ugly to some, but I will definitely buy one of these if these were offered in Toyota dealerships in the Philippines. I hope King Panda can grab one of the Ineos Grenadier and sell them in the Philippines.
