There's a lot of beautiful 👀 shown about the lovely house; but, the house is really rich 👀 looking just by the light colors of the walls & ceiling and the lighting fixed amongst the ceilings & the natural lighting coming in through the windows; sooo beautiful is rich looking.😘

It’s a nice enough home but for the low 500’s I found the finishes to be quite basic from the granite to the fiberglass tub/shower combos.

Hello Victoria thanks for the tour..would prefer no background music or something less disturbing..beautiful home but needs to offer more quality I get the space but some quality would work as well..and how about a plan that offers the owners suite on the downstairs..some of us are buying our forever home and would love to continue to enjoy the owners space as we grow older withput having to move into the guest space downstairs. God bless you🙏

My parents live in McDonough! I live in Buford, GA in a very similar home from the one you just showed. Prices here are definitely about 100K more than south of ATL. Beautiful home, definitely getting some decor inspiration from this house you shared. I love your channel and your videos!!

Victoria what do you think of the Greenville,South Carolina housing market? My husband and I we recently moved here from Europe and so far we have see nothing close to the type of house you sure showing on your channel and we are only seeing over USD $ 500K homes that are half the size of this showing and they are flying off the market like crazy but it seems way overpriced. Is Grenville housing market hotter than Charlotte and Atlanta?

Hello Malamu! The Greenville market is hot, but I wouldn’t be too quick to say it’s hotter than Charlotte or Atlanta. Charlotte home prices have gone up over 20% in the last year. Im not too sure of the appreciation rate of Atlanta, but I im not sure Greenville would be higher. I would love more comments here…let’s start a conversation!
