I’m a big fan of what you call Organic Accents. I find that inviting nature into my home brings so much comfort and serenity. I also appreciate your tip on using oversized throw pillow inserts to add extra plumpness. Who doesn’t love curling up on the couch with cushy pillows?
I love the name Organic Accents!! I love bringing natural materials into my home as well and couldn’t agree with you more, it just brings so much life and energy into the space. Thanks so much for watching, I’m so happy you enjoyed the video and found it helpful!❤️
Ashley, I look forward to your content every Sunday. Love creating a beautiful home for myself and our family and friends. Seeing your esthetic over the last year has truly helped me shift to more a impactful and curated look in my rooms. Thank you!
One more comment, I really appreciate your teaching about using all of your senses when designing and decorating a home! Great idea on using the sense of smell! I tend to forget about that! ❤
You have inspired me to change my mind about my antique 1880s sideboard, which we bought in London, and decide to keep it. I may put it into the guest room and add wood racks for them to use the larger open sections for clothing while staying in our next home. I also have to find larger rugs to fit further under all of those living room and dining room chairs. Lastly, I will be hanging the curtains in the next house as high as they can go, and also I will add some scone lighting. Thanks for the great tips for a luxury look!
It always takes me so long to watch your videos because I have a notebook where I actually take notes! My next endeavor to make my home look more luxurious is to install raised panel moldings in my living room. I am also thinking about putting a wallpaper mural in my living room-or maybe I'll just choose to make wallpaper panels like you did. You're such an inspiration!
You are too kind! I'm a note taker too! I love to write down my ideas and inspirations! You're going to love how the raised panel molding transforms your living room and the mural, either way is such a fun and unique addition, thanks for watching!
Love them all. In the middle of a whole house renovation without a designer! Just a great team of wood workers ect. Most of my inspiration comes from you. Thank you so much! I’ve been putting a big part in the budget into adding character to the house. My family and I live in a 1920 craftsman bungalow in CT.
What a fun project!! I'm so happy you've gotten inspiration from the channel and can't wait to hear how everything goes! Please keep me updated and good luck!
Your choices are always top notch A1 yola! Beautifully and artfully curated . Would love to have any one of these. Yearning for some new tile in my home but planning on selling and so have to be patient
Thank you so much!! And I understand, I've been in that same situation when we were planning to sell our last home. I just focused on decor pieces that I could take with me to the new house and that way I could still feel like I was refreshing my space every now and then. Thanks for watching!
Just subscribed to your channel! Love it! Thank you for being so informational and thorough with your tips. I feel like I actually learn a lot after I watch your channel. Keep it up!! You’re doing great!😊
I am a new subscriber of your beautiful content. I had a new idea that might help many people who follow your content. A video about placement and measurement of rugs when purchasing them. I have a bedroom with a large bed and a lot of empty space, I’m just trying to figure out what size would work best. Also, it’s not just the rug itself, it’s about the rug pad that is placed underneath, to avoid slipping and sliding on top of my old vinyl flooring. That’s the problem I am in at this moment. Anyway, thanks for sharing your design elements that help us. ❤❤
Loved today's video. Sadly, i am now allergic to down feathers. So had to toss all my pillow inserts. Thanks for the great tips. Going to incorporate the layers ❤
Oh gosh! Honestly, there’s so many great down alternative inserts out there! We’ve had several clients that are allergic to feathers so we’ve sourced our fair share of down alternatives! ❤️
A new subscriber, how glad I am to find your channel🥰🥰. Already watched many videos and get many tips from them. Love your personality and the way you explain each tip🥰🥰
Thank you Ashley i love all your tips !! i need to tackel window treatments for sure ,sig. scent and several others. to bring out the beauty of each space in my home .🍃🌿🌷💖💗 thank you.
I love your channel so much. I always learn something new. So exciting and interesting. I will be looking around my house for changes I can make there are many. I'm excited. Thank you for your contents.
I live in Africa, flowers wont last 5 minutes in our heat. A bouquet of flowers will wither before I reach my house. I opted for live plants in my house, however I love flowers in winter time, thats the only time it will last for a week or so.
To a blank wall just inside my front door, I'm adding a wallpaper mural that looks as though you are looking through window panes out to a plant garden. I'm hoping this will make the small entry area feel bigger, and give the entry a wow factor.
Ashley, love your channel, it's always so inspiring. Would you please recommend a lightbulb for a table lamp that's not too warm or too cool. Thank you.
Honestly, I’ve sourced so many amazing 100% wool, hand knotted rugs on Etsy!! It kind of depends on what your needs are, but you can never go wrong with a 100% wool/hand knotted. So many beautiful antique and vintage options too! Wool is incredibly durable, and if there’s ever a spill, you can simply rinse it with water!
I don’t use them often in my home, except for Christmas I do a faux tree and garland indoors because we decorate so early! I usually try to do real plants or floral stems clipped from the garden in our home, but I know that’s not easy for everyone, especially if people have to travel or are away from their homes often. I feel like there’s some great faux options out there, and you have to just do what works best for you and your Lifestyle!
I love how you are very realistic about interior design and include all colors and styles, even vintage and antique! I used to follow another designer on youtube but she never went beyond black and white. I lost interest, as I never felt represented and inspired!
Thank you!! I truly love that we all have different styles and unique ways that we decorate. I love celebrating that! Thank you for your sweet words and for watching!

@@ashleychildersI have a quick question, could you please give a brief summary of what the standards are for the inserts you use. I’m just curious about it. If you just want me to look it up could you please just help me out of where to find that information. Anyway, thanks for your time and I hope you and your loved ones are having a blessed day! ❤
