Thank you so much Elizabeth. This is one of Hyatt's crown jewels. While Hyatt has some new resorts and super cool brands like ANDAZ in Bali, The Grand Hyatt is our favourite and the one we will return to soon.

I’m thinking of visiting in May with the wife and our two small children, just doing my research to find the best location to stay as a Hyatt loyalist.

Thanks for the video, really slick videography and editing. Do you recall if the Grand Suite you showed was room 1103, it looked identical to the suite we stayed in a year ago, although perhaps they all have the same pictures/prints on the walls. Did I miss the part about the red wrist bands??

Thank you so much David. Yes the Grand Suite was 1103. The red wrist bands were part of the Grand Inclusions package. For a small extra free all meals, selected cocktails 🍸 and even a USD 50 spa credit per adult. What was the highlight of your stay?

@@avondissanayake we have a young family, like you, having everything on site at the resort meant we didn't have to leave, because as you know, travelling with toddlers and infants is hard work. What a small world, that you saw the exact room we stayed in. We're returning in May this year and have requested the same room as our son loved being able to see the fish and ducks right outside the room, plus there is a very quiet pool (Balinese Feature pool) just around the corner which was a real treat.

@@david_k that’s awesome to hear. We have thought about a return visit as well. Children learn so much from travelling, but it is super hard work getting from one point to another. Did you make use of the food en beverage all inclusive offer? And if so do you advise to use it?

Yes. The grand inclusions package 📦 was a winner for us. It was how we got the red wrist bands. It enabled us to sample the full menus of the restaurants and mix and match beverage options. Don’t forget the pool bar is included in the grand inclusion package. Best yet, you also get a UDS 50 spa credit per adult.

Hi there, nice video. Are the rooms in good condition? Any restaurants and massages nearby outside the hotel?

Thank you so much. Yes the rooms are comfortable, clean and include luxury touches. We enjoyed all our meals in the restaurant. The on site spa was also fantastic. Nusa Dua is a tourist area filled with lots of restaurants, cafes and spas all in close proximity to the hotel (3min walk or less).
