Hello, RynelG. We're sorry to hear that you were not able to stay at the Mabuhay Lounge. Allow us to share that the lounge operates 24 hours regularly, except for one day when we have to close for a maximum of 1 hour and 30 minutes due to pest control. Your flight fell on a Wednesday, which is the scheduled day for weekly pest control. It usually starts at 0030H after the last flight, and operations resume at 0200H. This ensures the safety of the food displayed. We appreciate your understanding regarding this matter. Thank you for flying with us and for sharing your experience. Hi Philippine Airlines, thanks for noticing my vlog and explaining the Mabuhay Lounge closure. Apology accepted! Hope the staff outside the Lounge can provide better information next time instead answering “sarado po ang Mabuhay Lounge” “Hindi po namin alam kung bakit” “Hindi ko po alam kung ano oras magbubukas”. Other than that, my flight with PAL was excellent! I want to express my gratitude to the flight attendant “Yi Wei" for her kindness and helpfulness to all the passengers, including myself. Her assistance in finding my lost earbuds meant a lot to me. I hope this serves as positive feedback for your flight attendant. Thank you, and I genuinely look forward to flying with Philippine Airlines again in the future!

Heyy, this was a great video! I’ve only flown Cathay Business and have always wondered how PAL Business was. Thank you for this video! Mabuhay Lounge closed though?? Aww man that sucked! Definitely not flying on a Wednesday then.

Hi! Tanong ko lang po kung possible na umorder ng 2 main dish? Or sa bawat category iisa lang po ang pwedeng kunin? How about sa nonalcoholic beverage po? Is it possible na kumuha ng isang juice at hot chocolate or let’s say yung cake at ice cream na sa iisang category? Para masulit din hehehe. Tama po ba kasama na yung food and drinks sa flight ng B.C.? Thank you po sa sagot. 💕💕
