These turned out so incredible! I think it was exceptionally clever to use those clear UV resin pieces as cutting guides. I was under the impression they couldn't go in the oven, but I'm glad to see they can!! Seriously, I don't know how you come with so many genius ideas. Thank you for your wonderful video. How do you come up with so many clever ideas? I have read that you can't bake polymer clay with any kind of resin but that's what you have done. Did you have any problems?

Thank you so much , dear Georgiana for kind comment!! I love experimenting and open different possibilities of polymer clay in combination with different materials. And by experimenting I get always new ideas 💡😅 I bake uv resin , but not two part epoxy resin ! And I don’t have any problems with it. Please don’t forget it is dangerous to bake two part epoxy resin . Thank you so much for very good questions.

Very nice video I always refer to it. It has been baked in the oven since 13 minutes 57 seconds. Do you bake the whole resin? Is it okay to bake the resin?

I baked different brands of cured uv resin . But I heard that to bake two components epoxy resin is dangerous .

Are you using two different types of resin , first into mould, second to coat after baking...and baking again with second type of resin coat...(r these both different kinds of resin)...why so....pls clarify

Thanks for the great question! I used a more liquid type of resin for the silicone mold. And I used Japanese resin (more viscous) to glue the resin parts with the clay parts.

You can bake UV resin in the oven at polymer clay curing temperatures. I think two-part resin is the no-no. You can also bake polyurethane varnish, which I've found very useful.

@@lamiucreations9486 even when using a torch to try and get rid of bubbles on UV resin if you leave it on there too long you will get some horrifying fumes. I've almost 100% sure that you cannot bake UV resin in the oven.

U shouldn’t bake resin, when u apply heat it starts to break down and gives of toxic chemicals, just bake the clay then dome the jewellery with uv resin, it’s safer and less time consuming, but the designs r very cute

That's so backwards. Do you clay pieces, bake them and then add your resin. Doing it that way is going to leave many bubbles underneath where there wasn't enough resin added to fill in all the dips and spaces between canes.. The end result is nice but would be nicer if you baked the clay then added the resin..

Не поняла, зачем между красным и белым слоем глины насыпались блестки. В готовом изделии они остались невидимыми между слоями. В остальном прекрасная работа, браво!
