It is interesting that the name of the real estate is Evolve. Florida has always evolved. Once the hurricanes come and destroys your house, then the builders come and buy your property at pennies on the dollar for what you paid for it. Then they rebuild and sell it again.
That's a very nice design! Almost similar to what I have here in Texas. I'll probably be looking for something along that same design in the Kissimmee area.
