Chicken gizzards should be pressure cooked the fried. They will not be tough after. I never thought of that till I had the best I have ever had.

Fried chicken and beer is a universal thing, right? Everybody likes fried chicken and beer, right? if I go to Seoul, at least one of these places is getting added to my food itinerary. If nothing else I can make up for not eating at the funky little fried chicken joint that was down the street from my hotel in Tokyo, yes?
