I absolutely love this channel. The music and copywriting is always a perfect fit for each property/video. Also, a huge inspiration from a real estate/investment/design perspective. Cheers from Silicon Valley, CA!:)
@@skesno309 almost right.Newsom is all for anyone who is not in his inner circle. They will pay until they bleed. Then bleed them more. If you have fifty million in assets. Wants sixty million so that ten percent might support his wonderful woke agendas. Then as for the rest oh it is somewhere in the system. Safe until he retires in another woke state. Oh thank you for the reasonable severance deal. The people with money and or major companies unless they directly support State/Federal systems like own or run prisons, or supply to other governmental branches. Then they are gone. Elon Musk got out just in time. The combination of extreme income/property/corporate taxation. Has created a toxic environment that is why those who can, are cutting their losses and running. To use Musk again in Texas more than fifty percent more of product production and sales revenue is available for reinvestment and development. Enrichment for the good of all. Better jobs, pay, and a better environment for other business who supply either workers or the companies. The local economy flourishes. Rather that everything directly to the state then only what they deem is the lowest possible rate supports the local infer structure.
People who buy homes like this one do so for one reason and one reason only -- to impress all the rest of us, But I'm never impressed with houses that are so big that you need a road map to navigate once inside.
