Comprising of over 160 lighting circuits, 13 video zones and 30 audio zones, all aspects of this home were carefully considered to ensure the solution meet the owners needs and requirements.
By including Control4 as the overarching control system, the owners are able to better manage their home across all three floors, with all integrated elements accessible via Control4 touchscreens, Neeo remotes, the mobile app and tactile Lutron Palladiom Keypads - which compliment the interiors beautifully.

Beautiful! Is this house for sale? Anyways, quick q..when installing the wiring for the smart tech, do you install enough for it to be upgradable easily? And how easy is it to replace the wiring..for instance cat6 to a later one?

It's not for sale, but when planning the tech we will future proof to a certain extent to allow flexibility for upgrades depending on what the client wants. If you did need to replace the wiring, it would require a re-wire, but we currently specify CAT6A which has the bandwidth to adapt to future technology so has a long lifespan.

@@indigozestltd1053 Thanks for the info..looks like you guys have done a great job. I am thinking of a self build in a couple of years..trying to secure the right piece of land etc etc..and will definitely keep you guys in mind. Especially as I intend to build somewhere in Surrey or nearby county.. One last question, ever worked on a high end prefab for companies like Baufritz / Huf Haus etc and if so, would there be unique challenges if needed to upgrade in the future, due to their build methods?

Thank you@@sithlordrj8883. We always recommend on these types of projects to get us involved in the early design stages so any future home automation requirements are catered for and that the final build is pre-wired and ready for automation. Several of the prefab firms already quite familiar with this and should be able to accommodate.
