Fantastic place, my family would love to live in a place like this! Great job of showing all the great areas of the house, really made me dream big of one day owning a dream house like this place
I was at one of your career fairs today and really enjoyed talking to some employees about working for you in the future. I thought I would enter the giveaway.
Wow, what a property. Great video presentation by Mackays, I could really visualise every aspect of the property as if I were being shown around in person - great job!

I remember seeing a video for this property around a year ago for about 12 million and although I fell in love with it, that seemed so overpriced. Guess I wasn't the only one that thought so, I'm not from the UK so I didn't consider it altogether but a good buy for me would be around 8 mil
Sensational setting. Too often these are wedged into existing housing. Seems small inside. The pool is sufficient. And the cinema room. Price point? Must be the location and acreage with it. Still plenty of potential for the new owner.
Thank you for taking the time to watch the video and share your thoughts! I appreciate your observations. You're absolutely right about the setting - it does play a significant role, and the size inside can sometimes be deceiving. The pool and cinema room are indeed highlights, and you nailed it with the location and acreage being key factors in the price point. It's a unique property with lots of potential for the right owner. If you have any specific questions or would like more details, feel free to ask. Thanks again for your input!
... all the doors in this mansion need to be widened by factor 1.5 and prolonged all the way up to the ceiling; all the corridors and corridor-like spaces also need to be widened, because they are very narrow, which is not a pleasant feeling at all; it means, certain parts of this property would need to be remodelled before offering it to me.
Hi This home is in Radlett, Hertfordshire. Radlett is a village in Hertfordshire, England, between Elstree and St Albans on Watling Street, with a population of 10,060.[1] It is in the council district of Hertsmere in the south of the county, and forms part of the civil parish of Aldenham. Radlett is located inside the M25 motorway. Radlett lies in the valley of Tykes Water, a stream that runs north from Aldenham Reservoir to the River Colne. Now entirely surrounded by the Metropolitan Green Belt, it is subject to significant 'infill' development and there is pressure to relax the Green Belt restrictions.[2][3] Radlett is located 14 miles (22.5 km) north west of the centre of London. It is one of the wealthiest places in Britain[4] and the second most expensive town to buy a house outside London.[5] The town contains many substantial detached houses with large gardens. In the older centre there are also a few streets with Victorian semi detached and terraced houses. Hope that helps.

I don't dream of that big house. But It is a dream for any Brits to live in a house without those ugly radiators; I guess that it is all underfloor heating in that house.
Nice house but not a 10 million pounds home. Very narrow hallway, very small swimming pool, great garden, great bedroom horribly designed home cinema, depending the area but this is a 5 to 6.5 million pounds house. I've seen much better house in keeping t for 7, 8, 9 and 19 million
And again and again...Black,White and grey..Someone should hire not color blind decorateur finally!! It´s cold and unpersonal..Cats would run away and mices didn´t even move into ...
