One thing I learned from life experience! If want to buy or live in a luxurious good quality bungalow, villa, property even a big apartment. You need to maintain it which needs considerable investment of money and time as well as own effort. Many time's you have to do all the hardworking cleaning and arranging the house or garden if paid service is not available or you're work schedule doesn't matches. Imagine you work for more than 12 hour's each day return body tired like he'll and go back again after rest when will find time or energy to do anything. You have to hire service's at high costs. The price you pay for such a big luxurious property is half other half consider the maintenance cost. Many time's it maybe more. Therefore such high value property are best for investment or business. Forget money you would just lack time and energy itself to do it yourself.
