I know I am late to the party here, but I just need to say how impressed I am with Abruzzo. All Italy is beyond wonderful, but Abruzzo and it's country living yet being centrally located to so much, is just incredible. This place to me is worth at least 5x the price. Yes, 5x the price in the real world. What a giveaway this is. Tremendous property.
I bought a home and live half the year in Abruzzo but still LOVE to watch your videos and have shared them with lots of potential buyers. Thanks for what you do.
This house and its surrounding area is seriously beautiful .. I think this is one of the best, if not the best you had on the channel as there is almost nothing to do here besides maintaining this stunning property.. Good job on showing this Sir :)
I found this on Idealista when it came on the market in January or February. I'm not yet ready to move to Abruzzo, but when I do, this is the kind of property I would love.
Yes, a very nice property. Yes I agree a path way from the grill area to the pool would be nice. Just a thought, a washer and dryer next to the kitchen or upstairs where the bedrooms are located that would be convenient for the new owners. A small kitchen in the guest area would be lovely and a barbecue on that level. Then this property could be a mother and daughter home. (Independent but close.). Also the lower apartment could be a great rental space? I enjoy your videos. Thanks

This IS one of the most beautiful houses I’ve ever seen! And I’ve seen a lot as I used to sell real estate😊 Does any or possibly all of the furniture stay with the house? How about the awesome kitchen does it stay? It took me a long time to actually watch this video because it looks like too much house for just me & my daughter, but I’m glad I finally watched it! You haven’t seen much! My home in much more beautiful Umbria with views of vineyards. Nice town 15 mins. Away with everything. Abruzzo is in the middle of nowhere!!
@@AhomeinItaly I checked and pity that italy does not have a program of residency by RE investment for those out of EU, plus taxes and fees are north of 30% of price for same people, although I read something of not RE annual taxes. is that true?

To all those saying how stunning or fabulous this house is, picture yourself dragging a vacuum cleaner and other assorted cleaning gear up the stairs and then dragging it all back down again. Now tell me how long you would do that before you despise cleaning the house. Yes it's a lovely house and all, but unless you are independently wealthy you will need a job and that doesn't look an easy commute. I'm not saying that you shouldn't buy it but take your rose colored glasses off first.
The only thing that troubles me with many of these homes is the narrowness of the bath areas, and many of the showers. In this one, that radius shower looks like you'd have to be as thin as a broom stick to fit inside of it.
