Oc is received for all phases and as per Godrej possession is expected to start end of the month . Please check with the builder . I have copy of the OC , don't know how to attach here . Please check with builder and rera site for the link .
Great vedio on Villa options...can you pls also cover sector 128 noida villa options as well ....they are also surrounded by 18 hole golf course....will be great to see that option as well from your side with your recomendation..
supertech ecovillage 1 - no registry as of now, people are waiting for it but you can get even a 3bhk in this price range here in resale not directly from builder.

last year this project was said to be completed in one year. so is this project ready ??? is there a villa available for rent ? if so how much. Sharing a few feedback from google maps reviews of various people who visited this project below = 1. 0% accountability, 100% arrogance. If you want your homes in form of jazzy brochures, go for Godrej properties. Not a single home delivered in NCR. 2. The home buyers of Godrej Golf Links are struggling to get possession of their villas and flats. The builders applied OC for incomplete building 3. My experience is not to buy these 100 yard villas not worth to buy small and congested villas with 3 cr ..these no villas which has been sold out in this price..as this price is too high of original price.....ek limit hoti hai price ki property ki value hai nahi itni aur paisa chahiye bhar bhar Kai ...my suggestion to all don't buy these overpriced villas...row house ki tarah bana diye ....no space between villas... 4. I connected with all dealers in godrej golf link 100 yard villa to buy ...just sharing my experience - 100 yard and 125 yard villas are not for parents complete wrong structure made with no lift, second experience - dealers and other supporting people are mis guiding the buyers that. Sir ye godrej property hai big brand n all...price double hogai aagai le lo ..but actually price are already double which they are saying....so no benefit in future for resale, third- villas are very much congested mainly kitchen and halls as on 100 .fourth - no possession till date nobody nows what is happening inside .. dealers are saying possession is ready but God knows...when that area will be occupied by people. Rent par bhi nahi de saktai abhi koi nahi vaha.... maintenance is very high...this is my experience. When you go for buying villas think on these points then go for buy...do not trust completely the dealers 5. They just want to sell. Not a single unit handed over. 6. Houses in Dholakpur in Chota Bheem Cartoon has more free spaces around their houses compared to this row houses that is wrongly termed as Villas. How true are these reviews ?
