Mass Tourism from Farangs I fear will not return anytime soon, maybe 2024-2025. I seen a video you done of a property in Cha Am which I stayed in for a week years ago (nice memories) and never got to go to Hua Hin. Always wanted to go back there and a Thai friend of mind was always saying that Hua Hin was a great place. Excellent presentation and beautiful property. Hi Jira, ... das ist eine moderne Villa der Extraklasse! Vor allen Dingen die geschmackvolle Einrichtung hat mich überzeugt. Zumal auch die sanitären Bereiche kein Wunsch offen lassen! ... Man merkt, da hat sich jemand wirklich Gedanken gemacht. Was aber noch beeindruckender ist, das ist der Preis für dieses Objekt! ... Mit nur 315000 € bei heutigem Wechselkurs wird es garantiert Beachtung finden da es viele Möglichkeiten bietet beim Erwerb dieser Immobilie. Ich werde es auf jeden Fall so weitergeben!
