King and The Collector are very much the same: both the very last of their kind, both possessing great power, both just kids, but the difference is that King had someone to teach him empathy growing up. The Collector didn’t.
Why do I get a sinking feeling that Luz and the Collector will have a battle and confrontation somewhat like this? I mean, it would be soo emotional as the finale is going to be. Almost as well as I can see the Hexsquad turn into puppet one by one but differently, depending on what the Collector's 'New Game' will be. I'm just not ready for the finale yet!
I can see king and the collector being friends, but the collector doesn’t know what morality or empathy is. And it’s not like he should anyway, he’s just a kid. Why would he know?
Thank god this is just fanmade! When King told Collector he didn’t wanna be his friend anymore, my heart broke 4 Collector! Seeing him cry, begging not to be abandoned again, if this is how King is gonna treat Collector then Collector and king do not need to be friends until they have space from each other. I told my friend Halle on her birthday I didn’t wanna be her friend anymore cause she hurt me without meaning to, and I made her cry and she was so sad and hurt and I felt bad. We are having space from each other right now but she forgave me and communicated with me she needs space. I kinda feel ashamed to see King act the way I did to Halle. Halle also was sweet and loyal and empathetic and she had abandonment issues and was betrayed, she is a lot like Collector. Though what Halle did before that wasn’t ok either. It is not an excuse for what I said but I was tired of being a doormat who’s bossed around all the time so I just said what I was brave enough to let outta my mouth. King is not a doormat on the other hand and Rapunzel would never say anything to Cassandra like what king said to Collector who is a sweet and sensitive child who has been abused, betrayed and abandoned. Even when Cassandra did bad stuff Rapunzel still loved her unconditionally. If king cannot love Collector no matter what, then maybe they are not meant to be friends, even though king has a right to be upset with what Collector did to Luz, what Collector did was wrong, but king was very insensitive towards someone who did not have anyone who loves them.
I feel like King would be scared to actually say this because he'd be horrified and scared of if this would happen to him, and what'd happen if The Collector got mad at him. The friendship is basically the only thing keeping King alive at this point-
what I think happend after they made the promise. "After they made the promise a huge shockwave has appeared and scattered all across the boiling isles and it made all the puppets turn back to normal and the isles turned back to normal as well. Luz and the gang has stood up from the ground and the collector apologized for what he has done and agreed to help everyone. Luz asked him if he could remove Eda's curse and he said yes. After he removed the curse he told luz that he would help re-build the boiling isles and after that he re-made the portal door and now luz could go back and forth from the human to the demon realm. The end"
I find it hardly to comment it, having doubtful issues' bout Collector's real intentions, marking however its still a kid who desires companion, although afraid of isolation, gullible for empty promises, adding there hatred fueled by Wittebane's machinating suggestions that kindle distaste for Luz and the rest of Bad Witches Coven also unawareness to the meaning of word: "friend", which was pointed out 3-4 times by Luz towards it by the example of her's and King's relations, which could clarify or not its sanity what it does, is harmful, depending on its choice. If it realizes an outcomes of actions, it'll be going through the self- existential crisis, even the struggle at earning the credit of trust once more from islanders. In that case, an accurate aid could get from Luz and King, who are gonna share their backstories, experiences what were they been through, broading kid's horizons about empathy and compassion, nevertheless the crucial significance of friendship that is based on the mutual support, not the spontaneous enforcement. About setting him on the appropriate track issue, suitable mentors for that would be Ms. Camilla and Eda, entrusting it with the secrects of mortal's daily life quests . If the attempt fails, the permanent solution is making it powerless anyhow, without any outer injuries, keeping it alive, but not isolating the 2nd time, cuz it could ripple its psychic 100 times worse rather than Wittebane's. So of it deserves to have a life and chance to make up for. What's your statement for this explanation?, comment it below.
While this wasn't how it went in the finale, I kinda wish it did. I mean, the actual final was still great (except for Luz’s nightmare. I don’t enjoy watching it).
