I recently just got a speedy 30 in the monogram print and I could not picture my life without it. It's such a workhorse of a bag.

I Love the look so I must be all 70's! I love turtlenecks being in Pennsylvania and I think you can change your look just by what necklace you wear. I think I consider it just a nice classic look. The LV " necklace " looks fantastic 🤩

Hello Cami! That's a great bag for the Challenge. I know what you mean about using it when shopping. I love Speedy's. Got to have candy in the bag. The classic speedy's opening is just a slight bigger. I measured it once. I think it was 1 inch bigger. Oh I am so switching today into a mini bag as well. I think the turtle neck is fine. I feel like so many styles has come back. Your chain from you bag looks amazing as a necklace. I enjoyed watching.

I use insert 25 for my speedy 30, I don't need to remove all my stuff to transfer to another bag Love your necklace!

Wow! You were carrying a lot on Saturday! I was about done with my bag by Friday. The Speedy was a good idea! It transitions well, just not the best for short trips thanks for doing this with us!!!

So glad I stumbled on your video! I'm super torn on getting the new speedy b 25 DE or to get one pre-loved because of the matte finish leather on the new DE. If I look at your video, my guess is that you got the newer version of the DE which is the matte finish leather on the handles & strap. I read on lots of forums that the matte leather can get water marks from rain, and an LV SA told me to be mindful when using hand lotion before touching the handles/strap. This is definitely not the case with the older shiny DE leather. How does the matte finish holding up on your speedy DE nowadays? Do you baby your bag when using it? Is it easy to get some water marks (rain) on the matte handle? I know that rain isn't an issue with the original shiny leather. Curious to know how the matte leather performs! :) Thanks so much!!

I think the top and necklace look great together. I think you had almost as much in your bag as I had in mine.

I think a turtleneck needs a necklace if you wore a longer one it would be super cute. I like the chain with it too. I don't think it screens 70s, it does screem office.

I have this bag and it is big enough. You should always take everything out before moving the insert.

Hi Camie! I really like your channel, and I highly appreciate your honesty and down to earth character. Thus, I'd like to ask your opinion. I'm thinking about buying a speedy 30 damier bandolier (like yours). However, I'm not sure about what production year would be wise to get. I can choose between a recent one (e.g. 2021) or one from 2014. The one from 2014 has some minor wear and tear (slightly wear of the leather on 2 bottom corners) as well as some scratches of course on the hardware, which seems normal for a 10 year old bag. You mentioned your video that the hardware nowadays is only decent. Do you know, if the bag from 2014 would still be a bit more higher quality. I mean, we all know that during the past years companies decreased the quality of the material they use and increased the price at the same time. Would it be thus better getting an older bag in very good condition than a newer one in of course slighter better condition (also due to age)?
