I'm a senior defensemen and I watch this video every morning, on my way to school, or just chilling on a Saturday or Sunday morning. Lacrosse is a beautiful sport. It doesn't get any better then this. lax Bro's >

It's cool to watch kayak, rusty gates, and trail checks but while they do require skill it's only because of improper foot work not saying these guys aren't good

personal preferance, i play D and iv never wore shoulder pads. I like to have full movement and pads take that away. But each player is different.
