Wait- I assume that after you finished tumbling, you took the cases and placed them on the inverted lid, then tighten it back down on your tumbler and it would separate the media from the cases? if not, Lyman makes a sifting bowl to do exactly that, no? But im too cheap to spend $12 on it. I figure a fellow could pick up a big kitchen bowl from any grocery store, drill some holes in it, dump your completed brass/media in it, turn your tumbler on, and it'd do the rest.
Joe S: I totally agree with you. I don't like there design either. I have a Lyman 1200 with auto flo and I am going to sell it and get something else. The auto flo feature is a classic case of over engineering. I am forevermore cleaning up messes after I tumble.
