She (still) has a pretty sisterly-holding-control over him; Just raising her hand with her point-finger, whilst saying: "Now..., wait, wait, wait!" Craig immediately "clinched up"! 😂😂😂
And you can actually understand what she says .. !!! ( Craig's understandable too, most times, but ever so often he's brilliantly opaque .. sly fecker )
2:36 when she said "i loved him....i still love him..some times" and they both turned to the audienc at the same time with exactly the same facial expressions that's when i was sure they are siblings....somthings run in the genomes.
Humor is generally a family thing. My mother's side of the family is an utter riot, and my brother and I continued on that tradition. It is a gift to grow up in such a family.
I was fortunate to grow up with Scottish parents, aunts, uncles and tons of cousins. This is exactly what our family gatherings were like. Tears of laughter and cheeks sore from laughing!❤️🏴
It happens to all of us. The more we hear it, the more it comes out. I'm Canadian with Scottish parents and I develop an accent when I go visit my relatives.
@@Pavium Yes it's true... the people I work with in Fort Mac tell me i don't have much of an accent until I'm around more Newfies...which is more off'n then not up there :)
The monologue he did the day that Britany Spears for arrested after she freaked out and shaved her head all those years ago was amazing. Raw, funny, authentic, sad, poignant, and true. It really affected me.
I found craig because I was on a norm macdonald/letterman binge.... and I know Norm applied for this job and was like they gave it to some old scottish guy instead, and at first I was like what the heck (because I'm canadian), but honestly Norm is a comedic genius in his way, but no one could ever host late night like Craig
@@shakadeveaux6851h god, Colbert sucks, even his satire, not even because he insulted the Republicans, which was warranted, but because of thoroughly boring and uninspired his satire was. Craig actually knew humour Stephen does his weird monologues and strange interviews, the best of which was Rumsfeld, several years ago.
The best of all time. My niece lived with me during summer vacation and we stayed up late every night he was on to watch! It is so good to laugh before you go to sleep!
Burt Lancaster was an "all-american " type traditional actor who I am assuming Scottish people must use as a caricature of a traditional American male. Getting a green card is the first step on the way to being an American citizen....hence the analogy.
@@griff5713 Also thank you. I found a trailer and nearly lost it, laughing out loud, when the Lancaster character says, ""...Shoot them, kill them all" It was good that the scene was so well set up that by the time he says it, you appreciate the comedy of his outburst. He was one of my favorite actors. I always liked the energy he brought to a film. Now, I've got to find the movie. Thanks for mentioning it. Back in the early 70s, I met he one day, in a Sunset Blvd, office building waiting for an elevator. He was kind in responding to my request for his autograph. I've moved to many times and lost track of that autograph...darn it:).
Lynn is funny. Never saw anyone make Craig stop talking. And this family tells the youngest daughter she's adopted. Haha, My family has a running joke that my youngest sister is adopted.
Yeah, two of my brothers told the youngest brother, the baby of the family, that he was adopted. “Tom Johnson, go home!” So he felt kind of sad and started reluctantly to walk off/run away. Until Mom called him for dinner.
@@walterpaton8698 You're so right about siblings. When their cruel jealousy sits in combination with a lack of genuine human empathy, nothing is worse. I often wonder how these people came from the same - my and our - mother.
I didnt realize how much I miss Craig until I just started to watch these past shows, especially with the sexual innuendos that I Just Love and make me LMAO!! Still Love You Craig and wish you can come back as a talk show host again! ♥️🤗💞🌟XoXo
the fact that she went on her brother's show and told everyone he's had a yeast infection, is pretty much the BEST thing ever :') She does also sound way less Scottish in the last interview.
The world needed a talk show hosted by both of these people. How could Hollywood have missed that? (More to the point, how could British media have missed it??)
In any case anyone else comes across this, he's got a podcast that you can hear here on YT. It's just been going for a bit, but he's got roughly 10 episodes of it. One of his guests is the actor who played Geoff the Robot Skeleton, Josh Robert Thompson. He's had some other people and celebs on that he's already friends with. It's not as funny as his former late show (from the 2 eps I've heard so far), but it's still pretty good and worth checking out for fans. He's still got his quick wit and charm naturally and ever entertaining : ) l
This reminds me of my dear brother and I sharing stories in our later years. We laughed so hard that I still feel joy when I think about it. 😂I miss him so much
check out the show he did when his father passed away. it was just Craig on stage recounting stories of days gone by. it will make you cry. Craig is the real deal.
I know it's a weird thing to say but their skulls are shaped identical to each other. Her skull is a little smaller but that's why they look so similar. Even if their lips, eyes and most of everything else is different.
Oh well... Craig has moved back to Scotland so I bet he does not care that much of a north american politics anymore... like he hasn't even when he was running his show...
Thank you for sharing this. Lynn Ferguson turns out to be great and a new pet obsession! If it wasn't for your post I never would have known about her.
And these are the good kids, Scott is the black sheep, imagine what a riot Scott is. Unless he's the black sheep because he's completely serious all the time.
Out of all of the videos of yours that you have posted that I have watched, and I have watched a lot, she is the only one that I have seen that can shut him up just by putting her hand out when she is talking. LOL Her visits were great. Thanks for posting. =D
My siblings used to do the same thing to me! Bastards... I have blue eyes, three brothers and one sister have green eyes, my other sister has hazel eyes, in my defense to prove that I was not adopted I used as proof a picture of my older brother when he was a toddler, his eyes were blue but they became green when he grew up, that didn't work... They still say that I'm adopted. :]
Jon Doeringer haha,. My siblings and I would tell our youngest sister she is adopted. She would remember family events no one else could remember. Haha. Family's are fun
Same. My sister is the only blonde one while me and my parents have dark brown hair. Also people always say I look like my parents, but they never say that about my sister. Oh and she's the only one who doesn't wear glasses..... you know what, she might *actually* be adopted...
Mine told me I was the adopted and not only that I was the first successful test tube baby to boot. Assholes would probably still be telling me that to this day if I would have been born a year later. Born in 1977 and first successful TT baby was in 1978.
My family's running joke is that my youngest brother is the butcher's kid, because he has brown/amber eyes even though both our parents have blue eyes and our mom was all buddy-buddy with the local butcher around the time he was born. P.S. His "dad" made amazing honey barbecue spare ribs.
They are SO funny! Craig says, I can't understand your accent! I had to keep replaying, because this video had no closed captioning. Never a dull moment in the Ferguson home, I'll bet.
