I'm a mixed a African-American. She would be nowhere on the podium in the Americas. Nowhere. Period. European/British wins or not. Semenya is a woman, like Serena Williams is, and the others that are discriminated against that are black. Sports would not be the same without them.

@@asnathzamuee8151 You've missed my point. I said that it's not even about winning or losing. Sharp has not has any issue being beaten by anyone else, it's only been Semenya because Semenya is intersex and hence is not competing in the right sex category.

Biological sex and athletic ability are both far too complex for scientists to reduce to measures of testosterone, and ethically because these regulatory efforts have always been characterised by considerable harm to the women athletes singled out for testing. Nothing justifies the death threats Sharp has received but I don hear u saying shit about the vicious response from the track and field community to both Semenya and other medallists accused of having high testosterone and hence an allegedly “unfair” advantage, or having the whole world scrutinize your gender or having a sport governing body order u to take hormone suppressing drugs. There is an astounding lack of information, an absence of alternative viewpoints, a fear of the unknown, weak leadership from national and international governing bodies, and a stubborn refusal to dig a little deeper and reflect critically on where your views come from and what biases might be underlying them.
