In my opinion, the only entry more underrated than this is Czech Republic 2007 which scored 42d out of 42 with just 1 point, while deserving to win the whole contest.
MmeKastaffiore Take into consideration that it's very hard to sing with some muscles of lower stomach and pelvis paralyzed, so she (Monika form Poland) simply cannot do as good as many other singers. In my opinion Melanie sings very good but the lyrics are awful. In short - Belgium should win this year.

Well actually agree.. as a Hungarian I always think that we were the most underrated than I realise that Switzerland actually had it worse... we were always at least qualified for the grand finale...I was nostalgia trippin and looked up this masterpiece and was shocked she did not even made it into the finale....

'Cause if you look at the points the different countries gave the others, many countries always give the same countries the most amount of points regardless of their performance..for example, (i don't want to offend anyone) the eastern countries hold together really well.. it's always the same, always has been and unfortunately it'll probably always stay the same..😪
Poor Mélanie René was really underrated. I thought she had a song to finish at least in the top 10. Her song was modern, catchy and well-written. I don't get how she could place last in the 2nd semi-final. Well, Switzerland can still be very proud of her. All the best for next year, from Germany! :)

Switzerland should give her another chance in some way. She managed to take a hopeless song and made it look like a qualifier. Had this been in SF1 I'm sure she would be there on Saturday.

Take a moment to think people: This song came in at the VERY bottom... Even a group of Finnish disabled people (no offense of course) got a higher placement than this. You want to know why? Televoting gave Finland 11th place. 11TH! If you really want to get rid of juries, make sure your votes aren't bullsh*t, even when you have empathy for someone ;)
