Sorry, but 21st place? Are you for real? This should have easily made the top 5, and 100% should have made the top 10. One of the only songs without any backing vocals. Only song with proper choreography. Only song with a costume change! Like she sang after doing an entire dance routine while being held in the air, after being spun around on a mans back!! Sorry, but Spain, for whatever reason never get the result they deserve. In 2012 they should have placed top 3. 2014 they should have placed top 5. This year is just the same. Unfortunately, the Eurovision song contest nowadays has nothing to do with Europe anymore. At the Eurovision Songcontest 2016 the last self-respecting countries like Spain, France and others sang in English too; Eurovision should be about DIVERSITY and should show the beautiful different languages and cultures, not all boring English and USA-adoring uniformity.

+Garret Julian the reason is because Spain ist almost an island surrounded by mediterranean sea and the atlantic; and they only get votes from Portugal and France... The eastern countries vote each other and the northern ones do the same...... Italy, Portugal and Spain will never get good positions, because the quality of the music is not the first thing to be judged here. You only have to check who wotes whom every year.

2022 Amaia y Alfred estan en el top 60 de las canciones mas oidas del festival en todos los tiempos y quedaron en el puesto 23 en el festival de 2018. Esta claro que en Europa no nos tratan bien en el festival, no se puede estar tan arriba en un ranking reservado a ganadores y finalistas del festival con una canción que quedo penúltima en el 2018.

El vídeo fue uno de los más visto, sus ensayos de los más mencionados y su actuación la más aplaudida... Y quedamos de los últimos, solo tiene una explicación y es que España es el país donde más se vive Eurovision y el que más se mueve por su representante.
La explicación fue la manera de votar... Si la votación hubiera sido otra ella hubiera quedado en el lugar 11 prácticamente fue robada ya que sólo se considera del lugar uno al 10 pero en muchos países ella quedó en el lugar 11 y pues no le dieron puntos por eso

Te lo digo yo: eurovision es todo política. En esa época España tenía muy mal prestigio por todo lo q había hecho con el tema de Cataluña. Si te fijas, ese tema ha durado más de 10 años y durante ese tiempo casi no hemos estado en el top 10. (Tamb hay q decir q algún año no valió la pena la canción). Y si te das cuenta, el año pasado, España fue uno de los primeros países en ayudar a ucrania enviando armamento y material sanitario y demás para la guerra y upss sorpresa, es la primera vez en más de 10 años q quedamos 3r. 2n si no hubiera ganado ucrania q ya estaba todo preparado, claro. Y la canción no era de grammy, por así decirlo. Así q ya sabes, ese es el secreto de eurovision.

@@edurnebenitez5041 Cataluña aqui no tiene nada que ver, Los peores años de la independencia fueron desde 2015 hasta 2019 mas o menos. y si España no ha obtenido buenos resultados, pero ya me diras tu que Manel Navarro era una super propuesta, o Blas Cantó llevo una gran escenografia. Este año con Blanca Paloma tampoco ha quedado en una super posición, de quien es culpa del Almeida por dar pelotazos a la gente?. España quedaba mal porque no llevaban una buena propuesta y fin de la historia, no hay que buscar donde no hay.

La música no debería reducirse a un concurso de técnica vocal. La música es un arte multifacético que involucra diversos aspectos, como la composición, la interpretación, la creatividad y la capacidad de transmitir emociones. La técnica vocal es solo una parte de la ecuación y no necesariamente determina la calidad o el valor artístico de una obra musical.
Tengo la teoría que los Europeos no se lavan bien los oídos días antes del Festival y esto afecta a que maravillosas canciones como está queden en un lugar tan despreciable, hermosa voz Edurne
Despues de ver el descalabro de 2012 en que quedo segunda Rusia y dejaron fuera a Eslovenia que presentó la tremenda Verjmannen de Eva Boto (del mismo compositor del ganadora de 2007 (Molitva de Marija Sefirovic), no me extraña lo que pasó con España en 2015 (y eso que el ganador de dicho año me gusta). Hay un monton de desperdicio en Eurovision, lo de 2018 ya es echarle comer aparte, Israel por lejos tuvo el peor ganador de los ultimos 20 años del festival.
Es la primera vez que veo Eurovision soy de México y aqui no llegan estos concursos, lo vi, porque me llamó mucho la atención desde hace un mes, la canción de Edurne, una melodía muy buena vocalmente y musicalmente, viendo los ensayos, me enamoré mucho más, es un numero muy completo. La desafinacion del final, fue lo malo, pero yo amo su actuación , es simplemente extraordinaria, la lágrima del minuto y treinta y dos segundos, mata a quien sea. Pero que le dieran el lugar numero 21 me parece algo muy grosero y mala onda de los votantes, Edurne fue de las más aplaudidas en las actuaciones yo la veía en los primeros 10, hubo actuaciones muy aburridas y quedaron más arriba, la verdad que es un injusticia para España y sobre todo Edurne. Señores, siéntanse orgullosos de Edurne, es fantástica, e hizo un gran trabajo, Edurne siempre la mejor y a mi me encanta el Amanecer. Un saludo desde México.

2020 y vuelvo a ver la actuación, sigo sin entender como quedó en un puesto tan bajo, la actuación es impresionante y su voz aún más. Muy injusto de verdad, se merecía más Edurne, es una gran cantante y también una gran persona. Espero que ella sepa que lo hizo genial y espero también que esté muy orgullosa, porque todos los demás lo estamos y todos amamos la actuación, seas del país que seas.
Vassia esc last year Italy was the best and they were around 10th too, at least Portugal won, but Italy deserved more than that and Sweden with some average song got top 10 as always... we’re going to have to make Medvision for the Mediterranean countries, we take three of the Big 5 (France, Spain and Italy) and let the northerners keep voting Sweden.

Thanks for the praise for the Spanish entries in Eurovision. I admire Greece a lot. They have great singers and great musicians. I really like Anna Vissi, Eleni Foureira, Helena Paparizou, they are incredible and iconic in Eurovision and you have a great set designer like Fokas Evangelinos and I love listening to Vangelis' music when I want to relax.

Koa O.G fue simplemente maravillosa, yo soy mexicano y desde que por casual escuché la canción hace un mes, me atrapó y ayer que la vi en escena, desde el primer momento me erizo la piel, la lágrima fue vibrante, todo el número, el baile, etc etc todo fue genial, ella traspasó fronteras con su Amanecer, ella es la reina sin corona
The song was absolutely one of the top 3 best 2015 but it looks weird with the camera angles and I think that's what ruined it. Very sorry over this, I wanted her to be top 3 :(
Mr OpinionGiver Sometimes she walks out of the frame. Sometimes it cuts from very far away wide angle to an extreme close-up of her face, and so on... It's not her fault, it's the person who decided it should be shot that way. It just looks weird.
Yeah it´s annoying. I have found many countries not being good at this. It´s a good thing it´s in Sweden this year. They are just best at this. If you look att performances from 2013 then you can see how much better those are!

C'est toujours l'Espagne qui arrive en tête de mes favoris. Cette année j'ai aussi beaucoup aimé la chanson de la France, peut-être plus que l'Espagne, bien qu'elle n'a eu que 4 points TT. Mais dans les deux cas, je trouve ça insultant, l'espagnol est une si belle langue. This remains one of my most listened to songs. Haunting & powerful. I played it to my Spanish class after we'd studied the lyrics. The subsequent class sing-a-long didn't go so well! I agree with other comments about how criminally underrated it was at the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest which was won by yet another unmemorable, formulaic Swedish song 'Heroes'.
This is pure art! The juries cannot appreciate quality songs and they prefer ordinary and unexceptional pop songs. This was different and deserved top 10. Greece and Spain always robbed

Well, Edurne received a lot of 11th, 12th or 13th in juries qualifications, and a lot of 10th, 11th and 12th in televote but in a different way. For example, Georgia gives 3 points in jury to Spain, the country that juries qualificated the best, but in televote they were 19th, that's the reason. Because, Edurne in a country liked the jury and not public and viceversa
Glad to see that not every country decided to sing in English as many other countries decided to abandoned their native tongue perhaps so the majority of people around the world can understand and give them more votes. Either way all were great I just enjoy hearing other people sing in their language make Eurovision more uniques as it was in the past.

ParkerZone Mmmmm no ha sido la mejor actuación ni de lejos creo que confundís mucho con el termino puesta en escena que contra mas hagas es mejor y muchas veces no es así. El show se podía haber planteado mejor y les ha salido desangelada, una porque este año la realización austriaca era una mierda y otra porque España tampoco ha sabido ejecutarla bien como otros países que si lo han logrado, Rusia Suecia, Bélgica.....Y la clave estaba en la puesta en escena ya que la canción sinceramente es bonita pero se queda en la misma intensidad desde el primer estribillo....Ella ha estado soberbia en interpretación, vocalmente quizás un poco mejorable pero bien.....Pero vamos el año pasado la realización, voz y canción estuvieron mas acertadas a la hora final y de ahí obtuvo su buen puesto. Y si Edurne aun asi no mereceia ese 21 bochornoso pero tampoco un top 5 y difícilmente un top10, si acaso un top 15

Al principio pensaba que eurovision era real y auntentico. Y que los representantes españoles eran malos o regulares ( sin contar a Pastora o a Ruth).
