Miss you mum. It has been 2 years since we have seen each other. You deserve the peace you need after battling cancer. You have fought your battles like a true warrior. Rest in peace. Luv u mum, miss u so much.
I think music can't be bad or good. It's all based on how and what you react to something. To some the sound of a passing car on a rainy night is music, while to others somebody screaming into a microphone is music. To me, anything is music and everything is beautiful.
I bought the cd containing this song after hearing a sample. It was such a relaxing, daydreamy cd. Before the internet, I had to be lucky to find interesting music from other countries.
What´s with Iceland? How could it be so much talent in there??? I mean...Sigur Ros, Bjork, Múm!! Wow I really admire your music guys but I miss the twin sisters though. Cheers!
(In reply to JMCPMC's recent message ~ in case this gets posted as a new message!) Agreed! On the other hand, groups s/b allowed to change - they might eventually morph into something better.
jep, thats exactly what i am missing sometimes at european gigs. though when i see gigs from bands as such playing in america, i see that it can even be worse... :D
Pare down Modest Mouse (take out Isaac Brock's wailing vocals and strange, cyclical lyrics), and you have this little slice of Múm. I love Múm, but they owe a debt with this song.
esta con manbo el vidio, si pero como no va estar chido si los condenados son rebuenos hay canijotes como los quiero. .............................. si señor hasta me dan ataques de felisida y alegria
true. the best was "finally we are no one" and "yesterday was dramatic - today is ok". the newest album is lame, methinks. saw them play it live a while back. haven't been to one of their shows since.
@fusion1224 they really impressed me too. I hate seeing bands like this play in the states with people drinking and carrying on in the background. If you watch (or like) Hammock, you'll see that most of their videos are filled with a bunch of noisy "mouth-breathers" who don't even care.
it kind of falls apart with the drums at the climax (3:15). the dudes trying to get too cute. none the less a pretty great performance. i cant believe they can harmonize their voices so well at that pitch.
