Traditionally, Māori history was passed down orally, but that's not the case these days. Now some of our stories are being translated into the Malay language by Kiwa Digital.
Now i understand why our Malay warrior Hang Tuah said "takkan melayu hilang didunia" (malay will never cease to exist) - because Malay is everywhere, our ancestors went to many places in this world and the origin of many other younger races. Greeting to all my brothers and sisters💜
I was very surprise when i was studying in nz in the 1980s when the maori were counting numbers was very similar to the javanes. For example five in malay is lima, in maori is rima. There are even maori calling me cousin. 😂😄
