Hi Sabrent! Does the Sabrent Rocket 4.0 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 (SKU: SB-ROCKET-NVME4-1TB) use NAND?

2.5" is standard for a notebook or a Laptop. But the manufacturer's elite range (Notebook/Laptop - Lenovo X220) hard an extra port to facilitate msata. Where os/apps lives - that can be stored on the fast msata for performance and data can be stored on a large 1TB secondry 2.5" drive(7200) for capacity. I still have my x220.

I like the information though it was a bit scattered. Thanks!

Have you ever rated what SATA M.2 SSD (2 notch) memory is the fastest and all-around best. I can't find really anything about it.

Thanks for the very informative vid. Just.. don't giggle at older tech, it's what we used to build the world you live in.

I think its called an FTU connector, and quiet a common port on Apple products. (Btw FTU stands for F-TheUser)

I'm still trying to figure out what the difference is between your SSDs that are blue and your SSDs that are peach.

Do you mean the TLC version and QLC version?

@@SabrentUSAOfficial thanks for responding. I just watched a video you put up a couple of weeks ago on your offline cloning box. To my surprise I see a third version. Now there's the black and beige, the white and blue, and a black and blue. I have no idea what the differences are other than the colors. I know that the black and beige one is more or less specifically for the PS5 or any M.2 NVMe setup. But I don't know what the white and blue and black and blue versions are for. All I know for sure is that all three of them are 2 TB in the videos that I've seen. I'm assuming that means there's also 1 TB and 500 GB versions of each, as well as maybe 4 TB versions of each. Beyond that I have no idea. While the idea of solid state drives is not new to me, this type of packaging is. The last time I actually looked at solid state drives they were basically almost the same size as a 3.5" hard disk. I have an external SSD that is 300 GB. I'd have to dig it out to see what brand it is. It's not exactly large, but it's not as small as the one that goes in the PS5. I actually stopped keeping up with hardware a few years back, and I only got back into it because of getting back into gaming and getting a PS4 slim and a PS5. I have ordered the Sabrent 2TB SSD with the PS5 heatsink. I expect delivery between November 3rd and November 5th. I'm looking forward to putting it in my PS5. I'm just trying to understand what the differences are between these three ssds that I've seen in your videos that apart from the colors look identical.
