The Dublin Regulation; Some people can never become refugees under EU law....Asylum seekers can only become refugees in the first safe country. After that, they are just economic migrants. This isn't that hard to understand
Many Asylum Seekers are ferried beyond their control from country to country by human traffickers . The final destination is often not known or decided by the migrants, cheers for your compassion though.

Our culture has been restructured whereby Black people can assert themselves in our home but we can not and if we dare speak up about it we are called racist

Milesians from Spain?the Celts from modern day Salzburg? the Vikings from Scandinavia? The Anglo-Normans from England? The British? I suggest reading The Book Of Invasions, it should force you to question the 'purity' of the Irish race and how under threat it really is from some perceived contamination.
