Thing of it was, whenever it was time for the agent call-up scenes, I was always excited to see who would get picked. And, imo, these scenes always felt best when you heard that continuous intro music and the original beeping. Casue that first style of the beeping tone was so specific to MASK, and the intro song was so kickass that you always felt good hearing it again, even if it was just a continuous rendition of the wind-up scales to the main melody.
How did any of the agents keep their day jobs? Some kind of disaster might happen by leaving right in the middle of something important. I mean Alex has a king cobra, a sea lion, an orangutan and monkeys in his pet shop that might cause a few problems if they got out.
To be honest I'm kinda surprised some of members would actually bring their MASK cars to their jobs unless they got other cars to drive or some of the members live by the mountain, I know mr tracker is rich and has a kid and I'd definitely say they hang at race tracks of nascar alex on the other hand is a big dude who loves animals in his shop he's bound to have others cover for him at least no animals were harmed or mutated in the making of the show just kidding Brad's a rockstar I'd suprised if he had to take his bike in battle mode to fly to his concerts it would probably make fans or band guys jealous hondo is a teacher I'd wonder if he bring his car to school it would mostly likely be have the defense mode on to keep people from joyriding or probably throwing eggs or anything else with today's technology I'd imagine those would be around but these mask tech is faster than movie star vin diesel's idea of making a old school car into a 1 to 10 second fast car how much money I would want to know about they would pay for their MASK house and technology is Beyond me but when it comes to saving the world in secret customs made cars low profile is better than no profile
better yet when you think on how some of them messed up. Gloria gets the call while driving and instead of turning the vehicle around and driving to meet the team she hops out of the car and walks.
Good memories, and always found it amazing how the MASK agents can still have jobs even after their disappearing acts. Guess the PDA can be pretty convincing when it comes to looking out for the ones who are trying to live a life outside of fighting crime.
Sometimes I find it funny when the agents leave their day jobs go against the VENOM force I know tracker runs the business aside from him and his son hangs at a nascar track and Brad driving off at a concert I do find alex leaving a animal shop as he's not leaving any animal behind in the shop or in a MASK car by accident makes me wonder about how mayhem runs the VENOM force but my guess his team is made of ex cons an psychos and stolen car parts and illegal army weapons
@@tiga92001 in the DC comics series, it was revealed that MASK worked for the Peaceful Nations Allliance and VENOM worked for an organization called ContraWorld. Both supplied funding. But after too many defeats, ContraWorld cut off VENOM. Mayhem resorted to high-profile armored car robberies which provided cash but bored Vanessa as being beneath VENOM. But Mayhem intended those jobs to catch media attention and show that VENOM was still a capable unit.
It's amazing what they used to think we wouldn't question as kids. As said below, I also wondered how these guys kept their jobs. Was PNA willing to pay them unemployment insurance?? (PNA = Peaceful Nations Alliance. It was mentioned in the DC Comics series.)
probably my alltime favourite cartoon from the '80s, but with stiff competition - Transformers, Jayce And The Wheeled Warriors, Visionaries to name a handful....
I’m curious, had season 2 (the racing series) had these, what Ali Bombay’s occupation would have been (LOL! I can see the computer’s voice saying, if and when the computer chose him, ‘vehicle codename - Bullet’; obviously I can see the computer’s female voice, when his portrait is displayed on its screen, beginning with saying his name). Off-subject, for those who have heard that there was to have been a third series made, I’m curious if they still would have shown these (as I still think about three of Miles Mayhem’s outfits - Switchblade, Buzzard and VENOM’s Revenge, but still only like Alex Sector’s outfit as the owner of Boulder Hill, and, quoting the computer, the ‘Rhino systems commander’, and Sly Rax’s Piranha gear).
you have my four year old singing the theme song. if anyone is going to know you guys would. hearing that matt tracker is in the next gi joe movie and his "task group" are mentioned. how much truth. to it happening?? if this is the case, how possible is it to have a spin off to its own franchise and mask coming back. just like transformers
+TheYottaTube I know. There are some stats at the end of the video. A few were repeated and there were times when the scenes weren't used or there wasn't a callup at all.
I always loved the way they all ran off from their jobs like the fire department being called to an emergency, just to sit in mask HQ for a briefing before get kitted up.
Why is Buddy always in such a hurry, if he is already at Boulder Hill. And in 1 scene he drives away wihout changing and Mask. 15:07 How did Glorias Car change from Shark to a normal one?
The call ups usually happen from Matt Trakker, who is often at the location where VENOM have been sighted, and that could often be in another country. Even if he is at Boulder Hill HQ, Buddie still have to hurry. The car Gloria is driving isn't supposed to be Shark, it was an animation error.
@@rocketcon Yes, painting and drawing error. I know. But Buddy has no no reason. Everyone needs so long to come to Boulder Hill. And they all leave together.
What did Alex have on his wrist? A toxian first aid kit? I always wondered that...what was on his wrist in those two boxes.. If any one has a good theory let me know or if you actually know let me know. I have asked various people and they don't know
@@michaelweech6432 Lol, no I was just joking. Cold Slither was the name for Zartan's band in GI Joe, in one of that cartoon's most famously stupid episodes.
What i´ve learned from that Supercut: Mask-Members are total dicks to everyone in their surrounding and irresponsible to foreign property, children and pets. :D
