Dear M-Audio, I've got a question. I've set up the clock of my Oxygen Pro Mini to be external so I could record the arpegiator midi notes and gates directly synced to the grid of my DAW...in my case Ableton. But it seems like the arpegiator is tied to internal clock. Like with the clock being external it doesn't work. I can play notes just fine, but as soon as I press the arp button, nothing (in daw or preset mode). Should that be somehow mapped in preset editor ? Thanks a lot !

Why does M-Audio technical support never respond to my queries? My Oxygen pro mini has a problem with the 3.5mm jack MIDI output, occasionally losing a "note on" or "note off" message, so this keyboard is not reliable for controlling older synths. I contacted tech support but no one responded. I am really upset
@@maudio Hi, my problem with this keyboard is when I use it through the 3,5mm MIDI output connecting with old synth modules like Oberheim Matrix-1000 and Yamaha TX81Z. Once in a while a message “note on” or “note off” is lost and consequently the note is not activated or it’s not released. Monitoring the MIDI output port I could see that when a message is lost only the first octet is sent and the two following octets (note and velocity) are missed. In the beginning I thought that it was a firmware issue but when I upgraded it to the last version 2.15, the problem continued. After I commented my issue with another RU-vid channel he told me that he didn't have any issue so in the end I claimed my warranty and sent my keyboard to the seller as it seems to be a hardware issue. My discontent with M-Audio is because I registered three times a query to the technical support through the web page and I never got any answer. I don't know if it's a web page issue but you should check it. Thanks
