Thanks for reaching out. The only script change I've done so far is changing the target fps and it was instant. Unity's performance so far is excellent from my initial tests

Hey thanks for reaching out. I am going to give you my honest opinion based on your situation. To be honest I don't think 16gb of ram is enough, remember that ram is shared with every and game development is one of the most demanding things you can do on a computer. That said, because you are a student I would say skip the mac and use what you have to learn. Wait until you start your full time career, save up and then if you want buy the mac. By then I expect most of the bugs to be worked out. I work full time with disposable income but if I didn't, I would either use what I have or get a gaming laptop + a fan to help keep it cool. Ya it's not a mac and may have other issues (weaker battery life) but it would get the job done and cost less. I know this may not be the advice you wanted but I wanted to give you my honest recommendation based on your unique situation

@@EnovairStudios Thanks for your honest opinion. Although Im really in need for a new macbook because I’m rocking 2012 mid version at the moment. I saw from other videos that swapping is working really nice in these new macs and there isnt very big difference in performance between 16 and 32. Haha really dont know. I need to check if some reviews of 16gb appears :)

Anytime. I do think for game design it makes a difference, the 64gb is overkill likely but to stay future proof 32gb is the perfect balance I think.
