Don't put EVs down. They have their place in the automotive food-chain: commuting. When you're stuck in stop/go traffic, you want an EV that offers zero engine noise (so you can listen to your audible book), instant torque (so you can quickly change lanes), and a sticker to let you legally drive on the HOV lane. For the canyons, you want something like an M2.
When the motor car started to become popular it was said that would be the end of people using horses. Instead, they started to be used for pleasure, as a hobby. The same will likely happen to combustion engined vehicles the more EVs become common place.
Slip-On Line works with factory ecu settings. Only when equipping the Evolution Link Pipe set and or De-Cat Downpipe is an ECU re-calibration required. Any customers worried about warranty should stick with the Slip-On Line system.
Akrapovic have a specific system to suit b58 applications, M140i, M240, 340i and 440i. Email Akrapovic UK Agents PERON on info@peron-automotive.co.uk for full details :)
I think 95 percent of tuners can not that hard bro it's turbo and the m4's engine which normalu has 435hp, a remap alone gives you 60 to 70hp so there we go 500hp.
swansmeister ring litchfield and ask them, I was shocked too, £450 ( should of been £600 ) I was part of a babybmw group buy for M240/M140. The stage 2 was 450ps but I didn’t want a loud exhaust so stick with stage 1. Remember the 340ps is BMW’s quoted figure, people say they run 370ps stock so it might just be a 65ps gain. No dreaming mate, the car pulls relentlessly
There is only one thing that bothers me here. Its the sticker that says Akrapovic. Why is it necessary to put a sticker there. I feel like this looks cheap.
The M2 Competition has the OPF filters fitted as standard. With the Akrapovic Evolution Line system, the central link pipes replace the OPF filters, opening up the exhaust, reducing the back pressure which allows tuners to get the full potential out of this cars' engine.
@@jonoclose model year is 2019. so i would say the title is wrong, as its a 2019 M2C. also has the old style wheels from the M2. (too lazy to google the code)
