I tried to repair an old model of an American Sherman M4 tank. It was the most widely used medium tank by the United States and Western Allies in World War II.
It's great that you brought a rusty old tank back to life. It's beautiful and brings you back to the years when tanks were actually produced. A tank full of good stories
I would have left it in it's rusted state and build a beach diorama depicting left over abandon tanks on the beaches of Tarawa World War 2....but you did an excellent restoration job, good enough to be driven in a Memorial day parade.
Just came across your channel today and can't believe how good it is. It's unbelievable the way you restore what is essentially junk. I'd say it's very satisfying. Keep them coming cheers.
Brilliant and remarkable job! This recovery was nothing short of amazing. I would never have thought a toy so rusted and destroyed could be brought back to life. VWD!
It's enjoyable to watch you repair as much as possible, using the original parts. It makes it more, authentic, in my humble opinion. Great restoration.
Among all the works that I have seen carried out on this channel for one of the best or the best has been this one, you can see the effort and dedication that the person behind these great restorations makes to make them work again and are better than they were before. A Tank of War I must suppose that it was a great challenge but with the final result I am speechless and I give a star to this work that shows how it turned out after a fierce combat and now it is ready again to go to war.
That was a gorgeous restoration presentation. Absolutely amazing and loved watching every second of this dynamic work. Splendid stuff. Very awe inspiring. Dashed well done to Restore Machines.

Que trabajaso mí hermano, que joya, que obra de arte. Cuando dejaste el Sherman restaurado no pude evitar que se me crispen los ojos. Sos un crack, un maestro!.
@@thekittyhouse225 I very much doubt it, check the other videos, they all have the same effect applied to them. It's all lies until they can prove otherwise I reckon.
I don't think so. The problem is that the titanic actually has real rust and real damage. He only "fixes" fake rust and fake damage he created. He has excellent modeling skills, but that is way different than actual restoration skills.
ru-vid.com/show-UChzhFNSV-OuHQiYpwDMImsw watch this guy work; he does actual restorations, he fixes actual damage and corrosion, and he fabricates actual missing and damaged parts. There is a huge difference......
These types of videos are always so fascinating to me because I imagine these things in apocalyptic settings and it just fits so well I imagine it in the middle of a decaying city and it just looks so cool
We got to love this amazing awesome brother here to share with us how he find rebuild abandoned items awesome we need more like him i am in tears our young brothers can do this more than hurting one another Amen
To start….they don’t make toys like this anymore. It’s amazing to see all the parts, with never ending screws lol. You put so much work into restoring such beautiful treasures. I’d be lost trying to figure out how to put this tank back together. Amazing job. I had to subscribe 😍
@@mudoyebishe потому что чтобы заржавить их, он сам кидает их в кислоту, это без вариантов. Да и смотри как удобно, поломаны только те детали, которые возможно починить, остальные просто грязные
How in HELL do you keep track of all those parts? Just looking at all the intricacies BLOWS my mind - then you put them back together! How do you know? You are INCREDIBLE!
I'm thought that Rescue & Restore channel have a bad shape old car toys, but after this I'm change my mind. You make miracles. No one would restore those old car toys, but you accepted challenge and you made it. 1:30 The body was found.

Iinlike your scratchbuilt gun barrel! Its an inspiration for me to upgrade an old X wing model that missing a few parts! Thank you fro this video!!! Your work is supreme!!!!
The m4 Sherman saw service throughout ww2 and the guys who operated them had balls due to them having thin armor and a main cannon that couldn't penetrate front armor of a tiger 1 tank and could only penetrate back armor and sometimes side armor and was a very easy target for German foot soldiers and tiger 1's, it would take more than 6 m4 Sherman's to take out a single tiger 1 until the Sherman firefly was put onto the field with its upgraded 76mm gun that could penetrate tiger 1 armor more better than the standard 75mm gun but still had the same vulnerability of thin armor not to mention that if the ammo storage was hit the tank would blow up killing all 5 crew members. Sherman armor was at least 76mm thick. A tiger 1's armor thickness was at least 100mm thickness and having a crew of 5 with a 88mm gun. The guys had balls of steal and alot knew if they faced a tiger 1 they had a high chance of being another kill mark on the tigers gun barrel
@@elibarker201 its literally all facts lmao and its common knowledge if u know your History, everyone knows Sherman's where weak and where easy targets and that it would take more than 6 shermins to take out a tiger 1 until the firefly was made and with its 75mm gun, Tiger 1 ace was taken out by a Sherman firefly by penetrating the right side of the tiger which a normal Sherman could not do
@@kamash581 ok first of all, it didn’t always require 6 shermans to take out a tiger, that’s dependent on multiple other factors, like is the tiger being ambushed, or are the Shermans driving towards it and face it head on. Early Shermans had 75s, the later ones had 76s which were the much better gun. Early Shermans if lucky or from the sides and rear could still kill a tiger. Late Shermans with 76s could pen tigers from the front at closer ranges. Also tigers were rare, and Shermans weren’t and they didn’t encounter them a lot. Finally you said they couldn’t do anything until the firefly was introduced. Well no, the firefly was a British and Australian version of the regular early Shermans with their own 76 gun in them. Idk where you get your info or how old you are but just look some info up on Wikipedia about the Shermans history and variants.
