my favourite sleep aids are the ones where someone blabbers 😭 the breathing ones are good but when im not sleepy, it ends up me just overthinking and getting lost in the thought void but when someone blabbers it relaxes me sm, especially u sunny since ur voice is so calming help ☹️ tysm for this im extremely fidgety when trying to relax but the way u just talk and talk so comfortingly INSTANTLY made my body and mind relax and let go of worries.

I hope you're feeling well. And maybe start drinking more healthier things instead of energy drinks. And if this audio help, I definitely recommend you to just lay down with both earbuds in and close your eyes while listening to more ASMR. Im not a doctor so I can't give you well working medical advice but please start little things at a time such as a nap. Maybe like a 30mins to an hour sleep. And if anything is stressing you out, the best you can do is complete it or fix it and move on to feel more relax. Again, I hope this helps and you feel well. I wish you best of luck ♥️

I have an idea for an audio u should do an audio for when the listener is not feeling 100% or unwell and ruins plans for the day and the listener feels like a burden but tries to act tough/fine. (if you see this you don’t have to do it and sorry if it’s not much to work with or it doesn’t make sense )
