Hi Maangchi! Thanh you for sharing your recipes with us! I love your personality and your videos. The instructions are clear . I saw on some other videos that ice cold water was used for the batter and some glutinous rice flour was added for more crispness. Do they really make a difference? I hope that you will continue to give us cooking lessons for a long time. Btw, I tried to make the egg bread, fabulous , delicious and sooo easy to make.

Can I chop kimchi and make kimchi pancakes or do you use another ingredients. I love you. I have Korean daughter in law. I love her. Oh since she came into my family and she cooked for me my American food has no flavor. I crave her food. I just bought your cook books and I can go to store in Cleveland and buy ingredients. I love kimchi, bulgogi, jabchai, Kimbob. stringy sweet squid, all Korean barbecue. Cucumber kimchi. Oh the closest restaurant I know of is in Pittsburgh pa. Thank you, you are very special.
