Thanks for sharing your recipe, it is a save! I made this dish and it taste like butternut squash soup over noodles. It is kinda sweet, I guess because of the cream coconut. I followed the recipe to a T. For me, it hits the spot of wanting mac and cheese and it's quick and simple. The pasta that she uses, seems thick to me, I had to cook it like 20 minutes or so to get it soft and tender and not al dente. So, when I make this again, I'll just use Eden Kumut spirals which are my favorite noodles. I'm just glad this recipe is nut free. This sauce can definitely, go with a burger and/or nachos as a cheese sauce.

This is no longer sebi approved. You can’t heat any part of the coconut. Saama from usha village stated we can’t heat any part of the coconut and sebi said we can’t heat the oil which is the coconut it’s self same with olives can’t heat those as well cause we can’t heat the oil.
