Words Can't Describe The Joy That, I Have Seeing This Brother As A Free Man.. This Almost Seems Like A Dream. Welcome Home... Louisiana Stand Up, From The (985) To The (504)!!
I'm proud of Mac. He was wrongfully convicted and served 21 years, but he remained humble and kept his head high. He advanced in prison, he learned how to play a bunch of instruments etc. It feels good to see him free, plus he hasn't lost a step on the mic!
I'm from tha Sip and was talking to my girl about going to see Mac in prison a lil over a year ago. Didn't get to cuz of covid but look at the universe! He's a free man salute brother ✊🏿✊🏿✊🏿
It would be dope if Dr.Dre, DJ Premier, RZA and KLC work on his album. Also that"Shell Shock" is the southern version" Illmatic" featuring Storm of the Outlaws. Nobody talks about that.
1 of Mac's best songs is "Lockdown" on the Im Bout It Soundtrack. He pretty much told the story of what he was gonna have to go thru in prison before he even went. #Classic🏆💎🎼
How can someone dislike this??!!!You got 2 Legends(Mac and B-High)on an Interview!!!B-High.., You are the ONLY Person who lets the people Speak without interrupting them!!!Much LOVE from down bottom-Savannah,Georgia!!!!!
SLOW YA ROLL That song reminds me of one of my people. I think about him frequently, and listening to that track brings the memories. Rest Easy Darius Reed.
Man in Louisiana this man a legend. I’m 38 and in my teens I listened to shell shocked everyday. Especially slow yo roll! It prolly saved my life a few times. Salute to Mac doin dat time and coming out with a pure heart and mind
The first time I said, “My Favorite Rapper Is”, it was this guy. When I found out he was locked up and what for, as a kid, it just didn’t feel right. I’m glad that he’s home and God saved blessings and joy for him.
As a TX boi I grew up on No Limit, this interview is so dope and the conversation was so polished no hate on anyone but i love am interview where i can understand whats being said, clear thoughts and complete sentences.
Come on legend Mac I still listen to shell shocked whew you have bars and music that can still be played in this new generation and I'm an old school person
I’ve waited 21 years for this & I’m glad I was able to see this day, when he left my generation was wilding and I figured I wouldn’t be here or doing a life bid myself. Free C-Murder, Rip Soulja Slim, and welcome 🙏 home Shellshock Mac 💐💐💯💯💯💯🐐🐐🐐🐐
It feels so good to see Mac is finally home. He's so humble after doing all that time despite the fact of being wrongfully accused. He carries himself like he never did a day behind the wall
Mac is the Nas of the South and had been. One of the most vivid story tellers of the South. Much love an Respect. Peace an Blessings and continued success D.C. MD riding with Mac and once again another great interview B-High. Salute to you. ✌🏽💯🤞🏽
Shell Shocked came out when i graduated high school. That album STAYED on repeat 🔁 God Bless you Mac. I’m thankful you made it home Bro. 🤜🏽🤛🏽 - Signed 11/16/2021
As usual, a great conversation and a historic interview. Major love and respect to OG Mac ! As a New Orleans native, I appreciate you giving the legend a platform to really speak B High. A lot of people may not know his story but you helped shed light on it. Keep setting the standard !
I have bought this album 9 times. When I first got it, it stayed in my CD player for 3 months without ever taking it out. Happy to see Mac finally home. Great interview.
Mac went too hard on everything. I see he mentioned best friends off WWIII, but that eyes of a killer was my shit too! Too many classic tracks between shell shocked and WWIII.
Damn B high you are officially the goat I knu it wouldn’t be long before you got my favorite no limit artist lil McKinley the camouflage assassin…my god
B High always bring that positive energy to his interviews. It doesn't sound like an interview but just a regular conversation. He don't try and tear people down or get all in folks business. He just keep it music related
B. High is way better than Vlad TV if I ever blow up with rap he can definitely get an interview from me most Vlad TV interviews sound like police interrogations fr
And he's actually familiar with their work, as opposed to most other interviewers who you can tell just Google (to various depths) their career in preparation for the interview.
Bro this is top 3 most articulate rapper interview I’ve ever seen in my life… it’s honestly refreshing to come across a rapper that’s not a complete idiot outside of the booth
Wow, this man parents came to visit once a month at least for 21 years. That’s love. He so blessed to have such a good family. That’s so important and so deep and probably a major reason he is such a good person and in great spirits. This man dropped so much game in this interview.
B High doing it right. Giving legends their flowers with positivity and not with gossip and negativity. Keep doing your thing, one of the true voices of the south.
Great interview!!!! Mac is a real one. It was sad to hear him talk about C Murder doing life. You can tell Mac is such a good person. Thanks for all the dope versus you did on No Limit. Looking forward to hearing your voice again Mac.
I don’t know who needs to hear this but a change is on it’s way to stop the storm in your life from drowning u always have faith god makes all things possible I’m glad that god gave Mack back his freedom
I have consistently said "Shell Shocked" is one of the top 3 dirty south hip hop albums of all time. MAC always had a good balance of relatability and insight. And I can see that observation he explained as an artist continued and he was able to use his experience while incarcerated to grow instead of being stagnate. Respect on the knowledge you imparted on the youngsters who were incarcerated and much success in your future endeavors. And shout out to his parents. I remember them on a tv show a few years back still fighting for him.
its so dope to see mac home. he was my fav no limit souldier. mac - shellshocked is an album i recommend everyone listen to and add to their collection. stand out tracks : - slow your roll - empire -murda murda kill kill and tons more. welcome home mac. this rapper is actually why everyone of my online nams has "mac" in it. honestly.
This interview is much appreciated… Thank you! New Orleans nah world legend! Shout out Mac!!!!! “Blue shirts and white caprices my daddy used to call em Johnny “
Mac inspired me on all levels in music. He was saying stuff other southern rappers wasn't saying. It's a blessing to see this man free! It's only up from here
America, *turns and looks at the camera*, You can feel the genuineness radiating from this brotha. So happy for this Brotha, what a blessing. Keep grinding Mac.
Man, welcome home. Hands down, my favorite no limit artist. Both albums stayed on replay & looked forward to his verses on every feature! Glad they finally let this man come home. 💪🏾
