I love how they haven’t promoted this at all and just dropped his old mixtapes.. not milking his death for money like we’ve seen so many other times. It’s refreshing
Seriously dude, seeing X's mom milk him for money, and Juice Wrld's youtube channel still posting "new" songs just made me disgusted. But Macs team is doing a great job keeping his social media as a way to remember him for who he was. I miss Malcolm.
Just ran into this and am so thankful. Semi new listener and I love to hear what he came from and morphed around. It shows the passion and what he really cared about instead of just following a hot trend. Many loops to come, we love you 💜
Just left this comment myself . Perfectly encapsulates my 20th year of life and living with my knucklehead buddies . Can’t believe it’s been ten years, it all comes back so vividly listening to these jams
This classic beat is from the song San Francisco Knights by the group People Under The Stairs which is also an amazing song/group. I found them from this song and they became one of my favorite groups ever. They had very similar vibes to Mac. Acid Raindrops is another classic by them. RIP Mac and Double K from PUTS 🙏
They also did The LA Song and one of my personal favorites, We’ll Be There. Mac actually seems to pay homage to their flow from San Francisco Knights on this too which is dope
Such a positive mac album brings me back to bombing hills in my home town. We used to always listen to this album on repeat. Now its here for the whole world to see.
Huge shoutout to Mac's family for how they've handled his estate. Circles itself was perfectly managed, and now releasing older projects for his fans to enjoy and to keep Mac's love of music alive forever is a beautiful thing to see 🕊
Had a dream about Meeting him awhile after I went to one of his concerts, when I met and talked to him in the dream it felt like I was catching up with an old friend, I had this dream years ago when Mac was putting out Divine Femenem. It’s still vivid in my brain.
People under the stairs are amazing and so is mac I dunno how i never heard this before. I once got my photo taken with double k he was the friendliest dude ever
Man... love this beat and his flow- he broke so many barriers in hip-hop and had this energy that was beautiful! You know becoming famous the chance are literally the chance of you winning the lottery. The big time- he was short but big time love you Mac! Rest in your Bliss now baby 🙏🏻🕊✨🌙
